If you do not want to crave this place, do not go in!! If I could get an Iced Matcha Latte and Hot Honey Sausage Biscuit every day, I most definitely would!! This place is addictive! You've been warned!
Great service and price. The coffee is average. I wouldn't go out of my way for BRCC but I prefer it to Dunkin or Starbucks or whatever
I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. My husband ordered a cold brew and said it was ok. I got the iced chai latte and it was the worst I have ever had. Tasted like watered down milk with a hit of flavor. There was a syrup type of mixture in the bottom I stirred it around and still did not taste good at all. I unfortunately got a large and had to throw the entire thing away. Also when paying at the window they asked us if we’re were going to leave a tip. Of course we were going to but I don’t feel like it’s great customer service to ask if they will be leaving a tip. I saw another review of a similar experience with the chai so maybe they need to change something up with how they do it.
1st time there from Chesapeake. Everyone was friendly & customer service was spot on. That's something that's lacking in A LOT of places. I had the salted caramel blended coffee. I bit too sweet for me but i still liked it. My wife had the vanilla latte. She loved it. The atmosphere was awesome. Not to loud and everyone doing their own thing. We'll be back.
Been to other BRCC locations and same atmosphere but this was disappointing. When at 8a and the coffee was OLD and took over 5 minutes for plain black coffee. This was supposed to be a highlight while in the area, ended up getting saddened
My go to meet up spot-for coffee with a friend. Great coffee, cool clothes, and good atmosphere.
I came here with my daughter and we both got the Chipotle chicken wrap! It was well put together and had great taste! Customer service was also great! I bought some coffee that I haven't tried yet, and will definitely leave some feedback once I do give it a try. Would recommend! Military friendly as well!
First time in, service was slow mainly due to the gentleman taking orders. His candor was awkward. Wasn't asked whether I wanted whipped cream on my iced latte, they included it anyway. Coffee was overly sweet and acidic. No different than Starbucks, which my gut cannot handle, liquid dessert, I was happy to get a chance to check out and support this coffee company based out of our area but sadly I would not recommend nor return. Disappointing.
Though a bit pricey, it's a nice place. Being a service member, I like how BRCC supports vets and first responders. They make their coffee in the USA. I wish there are more shops. Not a Starbies fan, don't hate on me. UPDATE: Went back and tried the lavendar tea latte. 12/10 stars. Also, the cashierista that rung up and made our order, someone give this lady a raise. I forgot her name but I was there April 29th 2023 around 1210.
Absolutely the WORST chai latte I’ve I ever had. Tasted like water with a very small touch of cinnamon. Threw the entire large drink out after 3 sips. What a waste of my hard earned $
Visited this new place this morning for the first time. Used the drive thru the menu had many different coffees and some breakfast items. I chose hot chocolate and a chocolate muffin. The hot chocolate was luke warm and the chocolate muffin was way too rich and I love chocolate. The prices seemed reasonable but I wasnt that impressed
The best coffee. Hands down. I normally have to drown my coffee in sugar and creamers to make it palatable. Not with BR coffee. Delicious and great atmosphere.
The level of customer service was extremely pleasing. Super friendly and ready to serve you! Some other places serving similar type drinks should take more. I'll be sure to be back. Wish they had one in Newport News. The environment was super clean and quiet aswell. Many bags of coffee for you to perches aswell as some T-shirts and such.
I have yet to find a local coffee place that doesn’t taste burnt and gross but this place has finally changed my mind!!! I got the hazelnut latte and it was phenomenal. It was worth the drive from Pungo. Nice staff too and building looks awesome. Y’all should definitely open a Red Mill spot too🥰♥️
Always good place to stop for a coffee treat. Today was. Sweetened Iced Coffee and a berry Parfait.
The supreme choice for coffee. BRCC is what other coffee places want to be, but never will be. Very fast drive thru and the interior looks very nice as well. Customer service is great. They have a ton of merchandise for sale too. Bags of coffee, Keurig pods, mugs, etc. Highly encourage you to buy The AK-47 espresso in the bag or Keurig pod it will keep you going. Prices for coffee are fair, but prices for food are mediocre. Parking is too easy. This is a great location to pass the time with family, friends or to meet colleagues. It is also a great place to get school work done. Very family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend Black Rifle Coffee Company.
Was hoping the hoodie they had low in stock last time was available.. but it's all good as they had new clothing available since we are moving in to warmer weather.. staff was very friendly and welcoming.. always looking forward to coming here!!
I always tell people I'm a quality over quantity type of person the quality here was phenomenal I am super glad I visited this location I didn't even know they existed. I definitely will be coming back to this location!
Watch out Starbucks. You're about to lose market share. There's a new sheriff in town, and he's carrying a fully loaded black rifle. Their offerings are top shelf, and the service is wonderful
My husband and I stopped in for a Sunday afternoon coffee. Coffee was great and so way the brownie! Love all the apparel! Got a bag of MO and can’t wait try it. We will definitely be back.
