What a well executed place! Coffee, snacks and a massive whiskey selection?? Pro tip order an almond latte with a splash of caramel and get a screwball (peanut butter infused whiskey) shot and mix that all together. Interior is very chill great place to post up and get some work done.
Stopped here on our way home from vacation. The sandwiches are amazing! Had a BLT that was delicious. Made on rosemary bread. Also tried the iced latte and loved it. We are planning on stopping on our next trip through the VA beach area.
Such a cool vibe and nice staff. They also have the best London Fog ever! One of our go to coffee places.

This is a real cool spot. Nice atmosphere, nice staff and great coffee, or if you want to have a drink you have that option too. Food was good too
I haven't had an opportunity to try the food. But they make a great cup of plain coffee. The beans that I took home were delicious as well. The flavor notes of whiskey come thru but don't overpower the pallet.
Honestly pretty subpar if you’re looking for good coffee. I’ve given this spot quite a few tries and just always leave wishing I went somewhere else. Food isn’t bad, but not special enough for me to deal with cold customer service and burnt coffee.
Good coffee and a good selection of food as well with a nice location. Nitro cold brew and the steak and cheese wrap are excellent choices if you need a recommendation!

Latte was only warm but food was hot and really good. Overnight oats and the BEC is definitely worth the try! Probably would find somewhere else to make a regular stop, this place is expensive.
We just moved to the Ocean Park area and we’ve visited American Brew three times now. The food and service are outstanding! And it’s a plus that they are so dog-friendly. I will be back a hundred more times🤩
Went for a latte and almost got boiled alive from the inside. It took about 20 min of cooling down before it was a drinkable temp. Atmosphere looks cozy and seems like it could stay busy year round dawn till dusk.

I live next door and really didn't like American Brew at all the first few years they were in business. They came a very long way since then and survived through Covid and now I couldn't have enough good things to say about the place. Their drinks and food is always great and consistent. Friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. So glad they made the changes they did. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I love stopping at American Brew on my way in to work. I've only had their breakfast wraps and iced coffee but both are so good. We rave about their breakfast wraps at the office. My favorite is the breakfast steak and cheese. The only downside is that parking is extremely limited and if there aren't any open spaces in the small lot, there isn't any nearby street parking. There is a small lot next door but I believe it's for something else.
We came here with a friend. It was completely amazing. Food was good. The vibe was good. The bourbon was also good. 👌
I love American Brew and it’s a place I go to almost every Sunday. Today was the worst experience. placed a go to order and Paid $27 for a bacon sandwich egg and cheese that had NO bacon on it and a steak egg and cheese burrito what seemed to be miniature. very unhappy with my order.
Great coffee. Better service. Truly local vibes, complete with great food, ambiance, and indoor/outdoor space for working, socializing, and playing with dogs!
Very nice place, good food and live music. Unfortunately it was extremely crowded when we came, so we had to wait 40 minutes for our sandwiches. It probably won’t happen when there’s less people.
