Saw a bunch of social media boosted posts that promised the moon and the stars and was so excited to check this place out . . . The food presented to me does not look anything like what was shown in the video so much so as to be unrecognizeable, and I wasnt sure i ordered the right thing. The staff at LUNCH time, was just two young kids that were very unhelpful and didnt seem interested in dealing with customers. Everything was seemingly out of stock, and they said they had to turn on the soft serve machine? I was overall disappointed by this experience, despite all the hype, and decent prices.
Love this place. My new find, it’s a hidden gem
Awful wait times, we ordered one karak chai and waited 20 to 25 mins 👎
I am giving this place 3 stars because their coffee is really good. However, they are not getting 4 or 5 because, their best drink by far (most people agree), is their pistachio latte, and it is RARELY EVER in stock. Most times I show up to order, they don't have the one thing they're most known for (the pistachio latte). If I had a donut shop and my best flavor was chocolate, but chocolate is never available, then what is the point? lol. So yeah, go here but be warned that they are rarely in stock of the one thing you'll like the most. Not being in stock of something is cool at first because it shows the demand, but eventually it just gets old, and seems that you don't really sell that product.
Great coffee, the karak is excellent and is very similar to the one in the UAE. Staff is friendly and service is fast.
This was the worst ever flat white in my life I ordered my coffee at 11:09 and there was no one before me and I got it by 11:33 then it was soooooo cold and not even close to any flat white I ever had in my life and I asked the guy it's so cold and he redid it and it was even worse Will never recommend it to anyone or ever go back there.
I have been here three times and have ordered different items. Honestly not impressed. The lotus coffee tasted very off . They are out of pistachio overtime we visit. We waited 25 minutes for a soft serve and ended up leaving. I think they really need to improve. I won’t be going back
This is my fav coffee place! The Spanish Latte and pistachio cake is to die for
Racially profiled me on EID! I use to come almost everyday after work, they were always nice to me. On Eid, one of the workers asked me where I'm from, which is Morocco. Now they started to give me a size small when I order a large, and still charge me the price of large. I ordered a Karak and it was sweet milk with nothing in it. The color was WHITE. They tell me that they ran out of pistachio, but gave it to friend of mine behind me (didnt know that we knew each other). Absolute shame! They started to reduce the quality of ingredients and prioritize the gulf Arabs. This is a disgrace and discriminatory - ILLEGAL. I know my rights and will not let this happen. If you only want to serve Saudis, then close this store and open one in Saudi only.
Been coming here since they first opened, owners are very nice and accommodating. They deserve all the business they get. Get the pistachio latte, TRUST.
I used to be a frequent patron of Shotted Cafe, located in Tysons Mall, and have always enjoyed their delightful atmosphere and delicious offerings. However, recent changes in the surrounding environment have left me with a less-than-stellar experience. A growing number of visitors to the mall have been bringing their dogs to the area, despite the mall's policy against it. As someone with an allergy to dog hair, this has made my visits to Shotted Cafe increasingly uncomfortable. The cafe itself remains a pleasant place with a great menu, but the presence of dogs in the dining area has become a significant deterrent for me. It's unfortunate that some individuals do not respect the mall's rules and the comfort of other patrons. I understand that Shotted Cafe might not have direct control over this situation, but I believe it's important for them to be aware of the impact it has on their customers. I will also be sending a letter of complaint to the management of Tysons Mall in hopes of addressing this issue. while Shotted Cafe remains a great option for a quick bite or coffee, the increasing presence of dogs in the area has negatively affected my experience. I hope that the mall management takes appropriate measures to enforce their no-dogs policy, allowing patrons to enjoy their time at Shotted Cafe without any discomfort.
Latte , cortado, pistachio cake were amazing. Cake sold out super quick.
Drinks and food are good when they have them. They are always out of EVERYTHING!!!!!!! I stayed at a nearby hotel on business for two weeks and every day they were out of something! They were out of anything pistachio, they were constantly out of the rose cake (never did get to try that), they were out of the egg and cheese sandwich. They were out of the chicken salad sandwich they were out of the pesto sandwich…….. on and on ! The freezer on the side that holds bottled drinks is never on, so your bottled drinks are always hot. It got annoying , I’m over it
Very bad customer service, I came two days in a row and they were closed more than a hour before they’re posted closing time, even after asking nicely barista were very rude and unprofessional . Just would not recommend this place to anyone
Very disappointed in how the service was. The baristas were rude and apparently they close more than an hour early. They should change there closing time to 10.30.
Very disappointed in how they treated me. Came here twice and was denied even when I came more than a hour before closing.
Came at 11 for two days in a row and they didn’t take orders. After asking nicely, they were rude again
The customer service is great! Emilio was super nice. My favorite item here is Lotus ice cream which is basically vanilla topped with Bisscoff crumbs. Love it!
Best kadak tea and soft serve pistachio flavor I ever had!
Waited in line to order the Pistachio Cheesecake that’s advertised on their wall menu as $5.95. She rings me up, total $8.44, how? She shows me the dessert display and the Pistachio Cheesecake sign in there is $7.95. Over priced for the size first of all. She says they need to change the sign. Dishonest and bad business practices, especially during the month of Ramadan, smh.
