Their food is good, but they do not care about potentially losing customers. For the second time, my mother a local around the bakery, had an order placed and was told they were not going to make the order because "she forgot she gave us tomorrow off". My mother asked "so are you saying I need to pick up my order today?" The response she was given was "No, we're just not going to make the order." To me, that isn't not customer service. The oder was not so large that it would've been the make or break for the time constraints.
A good place to stop on the way. Nice coffee, sweet pastries, friendly staff.
This bakery is absolutely adorable! I ordered cupcakes for my sons first birthday and they were absolutely delicious!! The customer service and communication in regards to placing the order was fantastic! I even had to make a last minute change due to people not making it to the party bc of illness and she accommodated me wonderfully! I highly recommend getting your yummy treats here!
I love your sauce gravy and biscuits. Every time I come up that way I stop in for some. I don’t get up there too often because I live in Florida. You are a hidden gem.
Wife and I stopped by this place for the first time. Love the local atmosphere feeling. Coffee, food, and sweets were delicious!
They were great when they first opened. I do encourage people to try them if you catch the right time slot, and if you have time to wait. My family and I use to go in there regularly. Wonderful people, but everything we use to buy seems to be shrinking and price increasing(like everywhere else)or not being made that day when we do catch them open. The open times rarely fit my schedule anymore. When they seem like they would,they are closed on that day for something.
Absolutely one of the best establishments I have ever visited. Service is phenomenal. Staff is well mannered, facilities are clean and food is excellent. This will forever be a frequent stop whenever we are in the area. My fiancé adored the photo prop.

We love Sugar Mountain Bakery ! The coffee is great ? The donuts are superb. And sandwiches are well worth the money ! Our Dr. Even said she was Very pleased with the Quality! You Must try it. YOU'LL LIKE IT !
I absolutely love this place! The pretzels with cheese are amazing! I’m obsessed with the Apple Pie Frappe it tastes like you’re eating an apple pie and drinking a cup of coffee! The staff is as sweet as the sweets they sell!
They have the best sandwiches and we love their pepperoni rolls!! The donut choices are amazing!!!
The desserts here are spectacular! From the cake pops to the donuts to the chocolate covered Strawberries, and don't forget Cakes. Do yourself a favor, and stop at this bakery!!
I was told this is the best place to buy bakery items that are better than the regular stores. I stopped by, bought some assorted donuts. They were delicious. The ONLY place I go now for bakery items. 😋
Amazing donuts, cinnamon rolls, and coffees! Sooo good! And super cute store and great staff! My family and I love stopping in for a sweet treat!
This bakery is awesome! From donuts to cake pops to double cookie with cremes, to coffees and chicken salad on a croissant! Never a disappointment!
I drive 25 miles to get the best coffee and donuts around. I have tried almost everything at this bakery and it’s all absolutely delicious. The prices are good and the people are nice. Their donuts are absolutely the best I have ever had. They even beat all of the donut chain stores. The maple bacon donut is my favorite. Worth the drive from anywhere! 🍩
LOOOOVE Sugar Mountain! I haven’t had anything from there that I haven’t liked…and I’ve tried most of their items. The Hanging Rock with coconut milk is my favorite l!
If you like supporting local stop by Sugar Mountain! They have the absolute best coffee and desserts! They’re always adding to their menu to accommodate their guests!
When this place first opened I was so excited because we needed something like this around our area! It’s an amazing place great service and has lots of amazing baked goods!
