I cannot say enough good things about Sugar + Flour! It is the perfect addition to our little town. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is wonderful and friendly, the food is always delicious (especially the sweets) and the coffee is to die for. If you keep a close eye on the social media accounts, you will find that the owner takes pride not only in her business, but others here in Giles County, along with supporting the school systems! Sugar + Flour hosts many events throughout the year, along with offering festive foods and drinks. There is even a kids corner that is perfect for the littles to play at while you dine! I look forward to being a customer here for many years!

Awesome place that is so clean and modern looking! Peppermint Mocha is so great and tastes as if they use peppermint oil in it to make it authentic tasting!

A nice place! We stop in for a couple of cookies to see what the place was like. The chocolate chip cookies were excellent. We sat at the front window so we could look outside and watch life drive by. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

This place has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good coffee. My husband and I had our breakfast there and the food was simple but very good and tasted fresh. A great spot to sit and relax with a book and cup of Joe or to grab a bite. Thanks Sugar and Flour!
I'm blown away at how amazing this place is! I loved the decor and location was easy to get to but the cinnamon rolls, strawberry salad, and coffee was all delicious. Not at all what I expected to find in this quaint little town but I'm so glad I did!
Such a fantastic place! Beautiful and clean, but most importantly the food is amazing and the people even more so! I can’t recommend them enough!
The coffee is always delicious and the baked goods and breads are to die for! The locations is a gorgeous space and even has a kid section in the back! Cant wait to make it a regular spot to hang, do work or pop in for a coffee to go. Shout out my girl Sam 💗
Yall the atmosphere here makes you feel like u floating in the clouds it's so beautiful and calming. the smell of coffee and waffles and other amazing yummy treats in the air in here just makes you melt. All the people here are so friendly and lovely. The waffles with fruit is like tasting heaven and the cookies omg so soft they melt in your mouth. I absolutely love it I legit rode from Chesapeake to here which is 320 miles just to wake up and go here and it totally worth it. I met the owner of the shop and she was so amazing and friendly and I can't thank her enough. I really look forward to coming back here again and again.

Amazing breakfast, homemade sausage and egg casserole with really fantastic diced potatoes on the side. Super great pricing for the quality of food. If you're going to eat at a fast food chain, drive the extra four minutes for the real deal. Coffee is amazing too, the best in Giles. Great atmosphere and service. Easily five stars!
