Delicious food and drinks. Great atmosphere!
Little pricey but I guess it’s expected of any bubble tea place, I got the vietnamese coffee with bubbles and it was delicious, strong coffee but sweet at the same time!
My favorite Boba shop by far. The fruit tea here is always fresh. You'll never get an artificial fruit flavor from here, 5 out of 5 stars.
The BEST boba I've ever had!! I always get their milk boba teas. Very fast service-- much faster than other boba places nearby. Their app also gives rewards frequently. It's $6.25 for a regular and $7.25 for large.
Me and my husband both paid for extra boba and they didn’t tell us till I already paid that they only had enough for one serving . Then they thought they were giving me a deal by saying you can get another one free of charge . It’s not like I didn’t pay extra for something I didn’t get and should have told me prior to paying , poor customer service .
I was excited to try a new boba place since I live outside of Norfolk, and this place had great reviews and the drinks looked good in the pictures but both me and my sister were disappointed. :( The woman taking our order (not sure what her name is unfortunately. The name on the order ticket was Cassidy, but I'm not sure if that was her - she was a somewhat taller lightskinned woman) had an attitude and seemed very annoyed from the start, and when she rung up one of our drinks wrong she annoyedly said "Well, she didn't specify". (She did when we ordered, and the woman taking our order did not bother to clarify with us if she was doubtful or confused on what she was ringing up.). :( Somebody else on bar fixed the drink for us, which we appreciate, but the woman with the attitude, and the very long wait made our experience a bit worse than we were hoping.
They have had a lot of changes recently which has led to some turnover. Staff is generally very friendly and makes sure that you get taken care of. As there are new staff some speed of service and quality were not as high as usual. Ever since we first tried Tealux we have driven anywhere from an hour (when we lived farther away) to 25 min with our most recent move to get the drinks. We have always really enjoyed every drink or food we have ever had. Our most recent experience was a little disappointing as we wanted to share it with a friend. Service took some time as they forgot part of our order and then the Tapioca pearls were overcooked. Usually would be 5/5 would highly recommend I am hoping they have found their groove again by the time we are back.
Everything was delicious here. 5 stars. But I wish I could give the customer service I received today a zero star. My cup says my server was Dre V and she lacked customer service and kindness. I was in the middle of talking and asking a question and she completely walked away and disregarded not only me but my small children. And when I made a comment/voiced a concern about the drink I received Dre V didn’t offer any resolutions or help. It’s common sense to be kind to people when you work in this type of industry and we did not receive that with Dre V.
I love the boba here, definitely the best in the area. The most disappointing part is they don’t have any plant-based protein options available even though it’s constantly promoted on their instagram account.
The worse customer service experience in VA !!!. The employees were on the phone and wouldn’t attend my family. They forgot my order and when reminded they threw the food at me !!!. I would never go again. If I were able to leave negative stars I would.
Nice place and prices were pretty decent. Flavors were very good as well. Greeted with a smile and great explanation of the menu. Will most definitely be going back again.
I like the ice that they have here, but everything else left much to be desired. They didn't do sweetness percentages, they didn't do the plastic sealed puncture lids, their signature milk tea tastes like chocolate, the boba I got was on the verge of being past its prime, and I just wasn't impressed. On to the next one, I suppose.

Different than Domoishi. More interesting drink choices in my opinion. Awesome popcorn chicken with umami-like flavor. Bahn mi sandwiches on point. I have tried Leviathan and Luna, and Paradise - all tasty. Definitely NOT bland, nor is it too sweet to not taste the flavors. And mochi is delicious. Try the purple sweet potato!! THIS IS A KIND, SWEET PLACE. THE STAFF IS AMAZING!
I love coming here for the boba. My favorite is the brown sugar milk tea and getting a Bánh Mì super delicious. I'm always going to come back here while I stay in Norfolk! Staff is super friendly and nice and they do a fast job getting everything out in a timely manner.
I came in and asked what is in the Offal stew to the young lady at the register. She didn't know and asked an employee coming from the kitchen. She didn't know she turns and asks a young man in the kitchen. He didn't know. Wow, this is not a good look on your establishment that employees can't tell you what's in the making of their food. Service is really slow also but the employees are nice and pleasant.
Please change the music. Seems like a great place to take tge family, then you walk in to gangster rap with cusing and profanity. Other than its a great spot

If you like fruit teas this is the place for you. However if your like me and prefer a classic milk tea and boba I would pass. I have tried the matcha, Thai and taro teas. And they all are ungodly sweet and have an off taste. I’m starting to think it’s primarily due to their brown sugar boba which comes in the drink as is. The people that work there are amazing!
