Amazing piece of history with great coffee & food. Sip some coffee & read up on some history. Always fast & friendly service.
Very nice and deceiving place. Looks good. Taste not good
Great espresso, Delicious Cuban sandwich
Great coffee and coffee based drinks. Wonderful menu, great sandwiches and quiches. The cherry almond scones are amazing.
Stopped in for a cup of coffee while traveling and was very impressed with the menu. Prices were very reasonable. I got two scones and s large coffee for just over $10. The sandwich menu looked delicious, too. Not far off the interstate. Definitely worth a stop.
Cute cafe in a historical building, well worth a stop.
First time in there, Food was delicious. Service is a little unorganized but not enough that I wouldn't go back. Or recommend it for a quiet quick Brunch!
Lovely little cafe. Nice menu with something for most everyone. Nice selection of coffee and tea drinks.
BLT 10/10. Bacon was thick and NOT microwaved. Very cool building too. Walk around and check out the walls well you wait.
Nice place with a lot of character. Great service. Love the selections to choose from on the menu. I plan to visit again soon.
An intriguing historic spot for a coffee shop! Roomy, with pleasant atmosphere. Separate rooms that are suitable for small meetings.
Best Iced Matcha tea I've ever had! Amazing sausage egg and cheese croissants, bread was flaky and fluffy, and I ordered a delicious mango smoothie although i wish the straws were a bit thicker I just grabbed a boba straw instead.
Awesome place! Love the museum and history.. Cafe is fantastic. Great cappuccino.
Was staying near by and walked up for a morning coffee, not one to fangirl over the confederacy which seems to be the main point of this "museum cafe." The mural of a treasonist general was enough to make me walk right on out. Decent coffee at the place around the corner. Wouldnt spend a cent in this clown shoe of a cafe.
Great history in the building Good lunch cafe
Great coffee and bakery!!!! The food is delicious and made fresh on-site. The service is fantastic and staff are very friendly.
Consistently delicious - Tomato soup and the Rachel are fantastic. It’s the type of place you can visit with friends take a picture having a good time and should the relationships break down you still wouldn’t cut up the picture because your memories of the food make you want to keep the picture. It’s that type of food. Also, you can’t go wrong with a coffee or a desert.
Great historical museum and restaurant. The food is great and made on site. A large variety of breakfast foods, sandwiches, tea, coffee and awesome desserts.
Came here for coffee on our trip to Shenandoah and was impressed by the wide selection of coffee (both cold and hot options) and the variety of flavors! I got a hot maple spice latte and it was delicious & my husband enjoyed his brown sugar spice latte. The inside was super cute and the staff were friendly and we got our coffee really quickly. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area (plus the building has a little museum in it if you like history)!
Terrible service. Yummy food. Hit up Panera for same quality and better service and so much cheaper. Made a reservation and arrived on time. Ordered at 12:25pm and didn’t get SANDWICHES for over an hour. That’s just ridiculous. When asking how the food was going we continued to hear “working on it.” So many people received their food before we did. No apology. Don’t waste your time here. Hit up Panera if you want the same thing for cheaper.
