An older establishment in this area. Eat here every couple weeks. Never had anything bad. Service is great. Best Hot Dogs around these parts. Pretty good cheeseburger also

Plenty of food for the money. Everything was good. The only negative is the table wasn't big enough for all the food we got.

First time here. Little quaint eating place, great food, awesomeness in a box. I had 2 eggs fried hard, sausage, got two patties, grits, toast, sweet tea. My hubby got scrambled eggs, sausage, one pancake, sweet tea. Other than my hubby making me breakfast, this was the best yet. I thanked the cooks on the way out the door. We will definitely go back, maybe for lunch next time.

Friendly staff and an old time, home-grown atmosphere that I would love to support more often. The food quality and wait time are the drawbacks. We waited 20 minutes for bacon and egg plates. The taste of the bacon made it obvious it had been cooked earlier in the week and reheated. And the only potato option, tater tots, came out cold. It's always frustrating to me when one has to wait for cold or room temperature food. 🥶 Maybe the lunch fare is better or possibly other breakfast options? The place is busy so our experience could have been an outlier.

Sat there for 40 minutes while other customers who came in after us were served their meal. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem concerned. We were first timers.

Great little mom and pops restaurant. Small menu but it's all cooked to order. The cheeseburgers are real smash out hamburgers. Cash only.

Set your watch back 40 years and come on down. The food is fairy average but the service and nostalgic atmosphere is excellent. One of the few places in town to sit and have a hot breakfast. A great place to bring your grandparents.

There aren’t many breakfast options in Martinsville any more. But honestly, with a place like D & A Cafe you don’t need options. The food and service are down home good and prices very fair. It doesn’t look like a lot from the outside, but trust me (and the full parking lot), you’ll be glad you tried it!

Nice old style restaurant. Biscuits and homemade gravy. Yummy! Cash only place just like the old days. Will be back.
