Food is mediocre but if made well tastes okay. The biggest issue is the staff. I work in management at a restaurant, the unprofessionalism is insane with the workers. 2x have I witnessed the workers be totally disrespectful to customers simply asking to adjust something on the order. As someone who works in customer service, that behavior toward customers is unacceptable. I ordered something today and it came out cold. I had a test to take so I had to run.
rudest, meanest, laziest people work here. Not worth the time, energy or money. Their idea of toasting a bagel and throwing it in a toaster to get luke warm for 8 seconds followed by half a pound of cream cheese per bagel, it's disgusting. Don't worry, the order will definitely be cold when you get your order 30 minutes later. I wouldn't go here if it was free.
I never met such mean people until I met the workers here. I almost cried because one of the workers was so mean.... I just wanted a bagel.
Ordered an "all nighter" and the bread was cold, eggs were cold, bacon was cold, cheese unmelted, and the whole thing was untoasted... It tasted gross and went into the trash, waste of my hard earned money... I know they are used to serving Christian college kids who are too afraid to send food back when they mess up or leave a bad review but this has been getting old. Fix your stuff and try a little harder!!
Amazing. The cold salmon was excellent! Wish I could give 10 stars.

Forgot my order twice, and I told them no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and they added extra cheese. I guess it’s decent food for a quick fix, not for quality of employees or food though.
