Orders are always ready on time and the workers are so friendly!
Good donuts! We love how light and fluffy they are, and the options are endless for toppings. Please, hire more employees! These 3 folks were working so hard to fill orders and the wait was out the door (this was on a Saturday afternoon). You could tell they were feeling the pressure--sounds like this is a normal day here.
Hours are 7am open I arrived a hew minutes after 7 was greeted when I walked in and then was left standing at the cash register for 10 minutes untill finally a girl spoke up and said they couldn't take my order for an hour because of a catering order. I would loose my job if I turned away paying guest because of a catering order. Especially since I do over a Million dollars in catering sales. Sorry my staff will not get Duck Donuts today. When your open your open to all.

As many times as I have been to duck donuts. I have received excellent above and beyond service from Charles. He has always been really nice and hard working. I enjoy his time and effort to get not only my order out but other individual's as well. Above all he is a stellar employee and I'm glad he works here and I had the opportunity to meet and get to know him.
The space is a little tight if youre going when it's busy. It's nice seeing how the donuts are made. It's nice hearing being greeted when you enter inside. The donuts tasted light, airy and delicious. You won't be disappointed
The workers are extremely nice! They even made me a special drink!

Maple 🥓 🍩 was simply delicious OMG!!! Staff was friendly and welcoming! Definitely gonna be my diet cheat spot!!!😄
Great donuts
Employees cross contaminated the food by wiping down hard surfaces (customer counter) with the same rag that they use to clean their hands with in between each donut preparation. When this was mentioned they refused to replace the rag and continued to wipe their hands with it and intermittently wipe the countertops after customer coughs, touching and other contact.
Donut was very greasy. The toppings were added while the donut was really hot, so it all just melted off. Threw away over half the donut. The space is very small and rather hot inside! The self ordering was very easy to figure out.
