My boyfriend and I checked this place out recently and we fell in love! I used to work at a creperie back home so it was great to find somewhere near our new spot that reminded me of that. It was my other half's first time having crepes and he fell in love. We will definitely be returning!
Fun little creperie with great vibes and good pastries. Kind and helpful staff, too. The pastries/crepes we got weren't good enough to merit a trip that goes out of your way to eat here, but if you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
Very good crepes! I ordered the ham and cheese crapes and just had to have the crème brûlée dessert as well. Both were delicious and very filling! My friend had the chef salad and also the desert crêpe and she loved it as well. I definitely will be going back.

This place offers quick and fresh breakfast and lunch. There is also a tasty selection of fresh pastries. The new location is so nice!
The food was really good, but the menue was very small and there was very little seating.
Fantastic!!! My husband and I shared the Caprese crepe with prosciutto and the banana crunch crepe. Wow!! I’m still drooling thinking about how delicious they were. And the presentation was really cool! The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us. Highly recommend!
If you’re reading this review, put your phone down and head to the Batter Bar. This is a gem of a Crêperie. We had the caprese and the banana crunch. Both were fantastic. They only have drip coffee, but it certainly didn’t disappoint. Fast and friendly staff. Prices were on point. I’ll come back for sure.
Stopped for a light meal while on the road, had bacon and shrooms without the bacon, which was delicious! Wheelchair accessible and good for vegetarians too.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time this morning, I tried the hazelberry and he got the ham and cheese. The presentations of the crepes were beautiful, and they tasted delicious! I was more than full once I finished mine.

Absolutely the best in Lynchburg!! I am so amazed at how well our crepes tasted! I will be back for many more visits. Highly recommend this for all. We got one savory crepe (turkey bbq) then one sweet (banana crunch). Then we also tried their homemade pop tarts. Lots of options to choose from. Well decorated and designed.
I don't always gravitate toward savory crepes but the selection here was very appealing. I enjoyed my peach prosciutto crepe and my kids got sweet options. Service and presentation add to the charm of this downtown location.
The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is courteous, music is great and, above all, the food is incredible. All ingredients are fresh and made to order. I have been three times and every time is better than the last. Highly recommended.
I’ve never had a crepe in my life before Batter Bar. My wife turned me on to them a few years ago when BB was set up at the market. I have nothing but compliments, everything I’ve had there is delicious. They set the quality bar very high. I’m more of a savory guy so I haven’t tried the sweet section but there are plenty of solid options on both sides. They also have a crepe of the month and fortunately during my last time there they had a Cuban crepe..it was legit 👏🏼
This was my first time here and I ordered a strawberry crepe with vanilla cream and fired sugar on top. This may be the best tasting thing I've ever ate!!!! It was delicious!!! They have sweet and savory crepes, along with some other items. I can't wait to go back!!! Highly recommend!
