This place has the best boba jellies ever. I love going behind the counter and sticking my hands in the jelly jar and eating them by the handful

Hot tea drinks and selections are good, and the savory pastries and muffins are great! You can swap out for alternative milks without an extra charge, which is really nice. Their bubble tea is outstanding.
The best tea and boba in Lynchburg
Laziest location on earth. Zero signs, not on first floor, not downstairs, not upstarts. Who tf runs this place? Or have they gone under and not told anyone? Ridiculous. Complete waste of a trip.
Today I waited 10 minutes for a chocolate croissant. When I asked for it after 10 mins she flung it on the counter without saying anything. It was the smallest, flattest croissant I've ever seen! Twice now I have been given an undercooked, flat chocolate croissants. I tried my drink, a green tea ginger twist and I simply didn't like how it tasted (just out of preference), so I first apologozed to them that I didn't like it and asked if I could have a different tea of the same price, she said no. After forgetting my croissant, it being flopped onto the counter and receiving a sour glare (as if they didn't believe me that I actually had paid for the croissant?) I decided to not inform them that the croissants were not cooked through because they were already in a grumpy enough moods.

Great tea, good service , wide variety, and tastes great. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is that there are some workers that come in and out from there and have limited experience, but most of the staff is great.
Large variety of tea's, and quality coffee.
Has lots of variety but still taste like mainstream American tea.
