My boyfriend and I ordered the vanilla latte and the sunrise breakfast sandwiches. Both were delicious. Friendly staff and cute/cozy dine in areas.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The place is very warm and welcoming. They have good drinks and very good food. It is a nice place to relax and get some food. Love that they are open later than other places around, and it is a nice place to hang out with friends.
Great coffee, people, and food!
Citrus Fusion will wake you up, perk you up, and make your day more than coffee! I love this place. It's a must when in Front Royal.
I'm here to talk about their pizza. The good coffee, atmosphere, and service have all been mentioned before by others. But hello, can we talk about their PIZZA?? It's not just a coffeeshop with the typical latte and pastries. They've carried over their food menu items from the Manorline cafe, including their BeeKeepers pizza, which is probably my favorite pizza in all of life right now. Think honey is a strange ingredient in a pizza? Well you haven't tried the beekeepers. Try it! It's awesome!! The red chili flakes give it a kick with subtle hints of sweet from the honey. I didn't really need another reason to come here but now it's the first place I go when I want pizza!
The service is amazing and great people work here. The ambiance is great too with antique and wood setting giving you a cozy feeling. The lavender latte I tried tasted very bland and bitter. The location is off in the residential area; it's quite confusing where it's located due to that.
Delicious Mocha breve! Spoke with the barista about the chocolate they use, and she said they make all of their flavorings from scratch. The chocolate in my mocha tasted like good quality. I've been collecting pictures here of the mocha latte art im served each time I go :D . The place has a real vintage vibe with lots of space to relax. Looks to be pretty kid friendly, with most of the customers having a little one in tow (including me). The name of the place has a bit of history behind it. Stemming from the land allocations done in the 1700s. The staff was friendly and was happy to chat about the place.
Very cute coffee shop in an old barn. Good breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Service was slow on a weekend morning because only one person working there. I wasn't in a hurry so that was very chill for me, but I wouldn't go if I were in a hurry and needed coffee.
Don't make eye contact with the employees if you're shoveling used coffee grounds in your mouth, it makes them uncomfortable. I was here for a 3 year olds birthday.
The atmosphere is wonderful and I love the high quality ingredients used in their drinks as well as the fact that they make their own syrups and don’t use any junk ingredients. However, the baristas could really use more training because every single time I have ordered a drink, they have been very sub par. Despite coming many times, hoping my previous experiences were flukes, I have been served by all the different baristas and every time have received bad tasting, espresso, tepid drinks or extremely watery pour overs. This coffee shop is a great asset to front royal but maybe the baristas just need better training because it’s so frustrating to spend $6 on a drink that is hardly drinkable. Otherwise, a great place with lots of potential!
Local hidden gem. Love the latte’s!
Really enjoyed the atmosphere along with a great cup of coffee
Went in with family and it was if we were invisible. Not a way to run a business...we walked out.
This is not good. Frozen pastries and watery coffee. (Reply) - First off, I would love nothing more than to never walk into Starbucks again. However, the coffee I had today was an attempted second chance at this establishment. It was the Brazil and whole milk. The coffee was bitter and watery. Maybe the proper procedures were not followed but, I will say that may be on the Mount Rushmore of bad coffees. The first time I was at back line 40, a different coffee was served and it was much better, but the pastries were a disaster. They were in a fridge and must have been frozen, I got a cranberry orange muffin and could not bite into it. So as someone who runs a business. Take a look at your product honestly and make sure it’s high value. I would pay $5-$7 for a coffee that is good and the same for a freshly baked pastry. Hope this was helpful.
I ordered a cappuccino and the service was very fast and the drink tasted quite good. The atmosphere was very cozy!
Good coffee, excellent service
**Best** coffee in town, good seating options inside (with more comfortable chairs than it had last year), and some awesome baristas! Not to mention, it's open until 10pm!
Great coffee, great food, and great people! Their breakfast sandwiches were so unique and delicious. The “Bee Keepers Pizza” is one of the best pizzas I have ever had!
An amazing place to bring a group of friends, or a comforting place to spend a lonely afternoon! Staff is super friendly, and the owner is the best. I found out recently that ALL profit goes back into the FroRo community! This place is a win-win!
Go here!! This place is the best coffee shop in town! Not only is their coffee amazing-try the lavender latte or the valencian-but they really care about supporting and giving back to the community. They're also awesome with dietary restrictions.
