Coffee was delicious. So cool to find a place with alternative milks in Colonial Beach! And the atmosphere here is A+ Its just a short walk from the beach, and offer eat in and take out.
This is one of the cutest coffee shops I’ve ever been in! Cozy atmosphere, friendly and service and delicious coffee.
Julie's is a small shop but she is very kind and is very attentive to any customer special coffee requests.
I come here every other week! Julie and her staff are very friendly, courteous, and efficient. The coffee and pastries are amazing, and the honey feel and friendly community coming in are welcoming. Plenty of sitting room outside in the garden, or inside during inclement or colder weather. Highly recommend stopping in for a go-to or seasonal cup of coffee.

Cute shop. Great coffee and chai tea latte. Friendly staff. $10 quiche was very dry and so was blueberry scone.
So welcoming and cozy. We attended the osprey festival offer the past weekend at colonial beach and numerous people suggested coffee at Julie's. There are loads of options and my adventurous side opted for a vanilla lavender latte and it rocked! The cakes are an added bonus, we sampled the pound cake and apple crumble, so good!
This was a beautiful coffee shop with amazingly good coffee.
Julie’s is a staple for anyone in Colonial Beach. She makes a point to have seasonal experiments as well as tried and true fan favorites. And if you happen to have a favorite drink outside of its “season”, she’s probably got the stuff to make it anyway!

Very cozy feel to this coffeehouse. Loved both the outside seating area and the inside as well. Good selection of coffee & tea. Pastries, etc. looked delicious!
