Love this place! The coffee is solid and it's family-friendly. The staff is really nice and the place is always clean. The food isn't great but they are good about adjusting an order if they can and will try to make it right. You can tell they really care and that counts for a lot. Glad this place is in the community!

I'm not a coffee drinker, and just moved to the area. I wanted to try something other than red bull, I'm obsessed with their vanilla latte frap! They are also very nice and the building is nicely decorated with a relaxing atmosphere.

Store was clean and wide open. They had sales items that you could not take advantage of unless you had their card. You could only sign up on the internet. Not much to keep me coming back with the other grocery stores in the area.

Perfection in a cup and the owner was there working with the rest of the staff. Oh and the donut was soooo soft 🤤 I just wish I lived closer

I really, really like the environment here! They even had live music which made the atmosphere so pleasant and warm. Definitely will be coming back here again.

I did not like their coffee. I go to a lot of different coffee shops but something about my marshmallow latte tasted absolutely artificial. The croissant we ordered was cold... The atmosphere is depressing as well as the service. No one seems happy to be there. Update from my response earlier this morning... There was no management, I did as, the young lady at the counter said management was out. We visited in the afternoon shortly before closing. The music was dull and bland. It was recommended for me to try your coffee shop from the owners of my local coffee shop in New Kent, who had very nice things to say about your coffee. I think you need to learn to listen to your customers instead of nasty, unprofessional, snarky responses. Things can't be perfect all the time, the army should have taught you that at the very least.

Compassionate staff and delicious coffee! Love this spot!! Veteran owned and the staff are so kind. Very reasonably priced coffee, and they even provide a military discount for active duty. Wonderful breakfast treats (donuts, muffins, etc) as well, a must try!

Grant Coffee Company has the best coffee I’ve had in the area! I like supporting small businesses, and it feels even better supporting a veteran-owned business! Don’t just try the coffee, you must also order a peanut butter donut and a warmed cinnamon roll! Everything here is so tasty! This place won’t disappoint!

This is my third favorite coffee shop in the Richmond area. I include Mechanicsville and Tri-cities into that area for reference. The coffee is great and the peanut butter mocha is amazing. The staff is great here as well. The croissants are out of this world. Love this place!

I had a black coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Coffee was good. Croissant was a sloppy mess of institutional grade egg and sausage, nuked to oblivion in the microwave. Definitely reminded me of my time in service. 😅 Beat Army. I’m not “using your company as a platform for jokes” Your food is bad and I regret eating it. This interaction gives me zero faith that a complaint to a manager would be handled appropriately. Try one yourself and tell me that’s how it’s supposed to be and how much you love soggy croissants, dude.

Stopped here for a sandwich and coffee on my way to NC. 100% recommend to take that 10 min detour. Coffee was good, chicken salad sandwich on jalapeño bagel was great and the service was amazing. Wish I took a picture but it was gone so fast.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Honestly all would be forgiven if they took the time to apologize rather than get defensive and claim they had nothing to do with it. Rude people honestly and that’s what makes this so much worse :(

Very fast and friendly service. A happening little spot with a little bit of live music. The day I was there definitely five stars. I just wish the guy that owned the place looked a little better.
