Great little place for quality coffee products. Quiet little sitting areas for catching up with a friend or reading.

In my opinion, the best coffee and atmosphere in Charlottesville. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Food is excellent as well, though the café and restaurant next door share so sometimes it's a little confusing. If you want to sit down you can go to the restaurant (great experience, highly recommend) but you can get the same food to go from the café, or even just the same food in to go containers to sit in the café with. The upstairs is super cute and quiet and great to work in or bring a friend to hang out. Overall excellent place!

I have visited Quirk Cafe often over the last couple of years. I love the decor (inside and out), and their GF muffins are a family favorite. And Colleen in the cafe, and Julian (now the food service manager) are some of the best humans I know. Recently, Quirk made some shifts to the menu and the food went from fine to GREAT! The black rice and broccoli rabe salad today was to die for. If you haven't been to Quirk Cafe recently, it might be time to give it a try!

The cafe is inside a cute old house with very spacious patio behind. The interior layout is a bit odd, but in a good way- each corner feels like a cozy den from your home. Even for full brunch menus, you order over the counter, and it keeps your morning simple and casual. I visited twice and I liked how simple the menu was, and they were solid. I enjoyed my simple breakfast in the spacious patio.

What an unexpected pleasure! This coffee shop is lovely! It is in a large house with LOTS of seating, indoors and out. Our group had coffee and mimosas. Would definitely return.

It’s tough to screw up a bagel, and for $15 it should be impossible, but they managed to do it here. We knew we were in for a bad time when the table beside us left two bites in declaring their dish inedible.

Amazing coffee, but the male barista had a bad attitude that made the experience less favorable.

Great coffee and breakfast! Glad to find a place that serves in real dishes, if you order to stay.
