My favourite place in Cville
This is one of the best meal I have had in Charlottesville! Outstanding Highly recommended!
So delicious and all the people are so nice
Disappointed. My sandwich was burned but on the plus side, my dog loved getting the half we ate there. The table next to me complained about the delay on food as it was 1015 and took 30 min. I know it is a fav of cville and glad everyone else has had a great time but it was bad - sammy and drinks. I give four because I don’t want to down a local business but it was my dogs dinner tonight. I probably should have said something while there but the atmosphere is odd. Sorry!
Absolutely wonderful tapas-style fare. Plus, of course, delicious pies. They seem to be going a brisk takeout business, but we sat outside. It was a bit blustery and misty, so we sat under the front instead of at the cute picnic tables around the side. Octopus was an outstanding entry, especially after some over-complicated meals I’ve experienced recently elsewhere. Food is 5 stars, no hesitation, but I think the server was not in the mood to put up with our questions that day. I never thought to find myself in one of those “What’s the soup du jour?” “It’s the soup of the day” exchanges, but it happened twice while we were there, and it was a strange miscommunication that left me wondering if I’d been rude. I have some food restrictions, so I have to ask questions about certain things—also sometimes I’m just trying to figure out if I’ll like something. Another person who served us some pie was friendly and happy to answer questions, so who knows. I might have even encountered a chef who was chipping in instead of a server. Would I go back? In a heartbeat! I might just also read up on the menu beforehand.
Maybe it was the post-marathon hunger talking, but that was the best brisket biscuit I've ever had.
We’ve only eaten here one time but we were left disappointed. The employees made us feel like they were doing us a favor by serving us food which was only average. We probably wont come back again.
Small place, owner was a nice fella, pie was fantastic. Should go for dinner soon.
Apple fitters Apple fitters apple fritters.
Good food, good service, good coffee. Little sad there wasn't pie.
Pleasantly surprised! Great food and great service.
Loved this place the minute I walked in. Great 60s vibe. And dog-friendly. I had the peach cobbler and a cortado. I'll be back to try items off their diverse savory menu. Kudos to Tomas for hanging on through the pandemic and standing tall as a local shop owner.
Incredible menu, everything was fresh and made in house. Cozy atmosphere, flavorful food, excellent service.
We got lunch to go from Quality Pie and took it over to Champion Brewing to enjoy with a beer flight. The Cuban Sandwich was delicious. Pro tip: get the Apple Fritter for dessert!
This place is really cool and very tasty. Tomas really kept the spirit of students alive with the original wrap around bar seating and the small town local vibes. This place is really great.

Had an absolutely phenomenal breakfast here midmorning on a weekday. Not busy (one other person in the restaurant), service was efficient and the quality of the food was amazing. Would likely have overlooked this gem if we hadn't been staying nearby and I'm thrilled we made sure to stop by. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal. The Risotto was one of the best I’ve had, but everything was amazing.
Loved the blueberry pie and my egg salad sandwich!
Had avacado toast this morning. Delicious food , good coffee, good service. Would definitely go here again.
