The staff are kind and make great conversation, not to mention how good they are making drinks. Nothing ever takes too long, there is plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is perfect.

In my experience, Mudhouse Coffee is a good remote spot to work especially being in a mall if in case one gets hungry for a heavier meal. During my experience, customer service is good; chill, helpful, and kind. The Ginger Vegan Slice is a decent snack which has a somewhat dry-rough texture offering a dull flavor teetering between bitter and sweet (a different combination which I appreciate though imagine may be nice with a good tea and/or other hot beverage). The establishment has indoor and outdoor seating areas (a bathroom which requires a code). The establishment takes different forms of payment.

One of the best coffee places in Charlottesville. Great vibes and very inviting--a good place to get some work done. Look for a barista named Paul, very professional and makes some of the best drinks, strongly recommend a mocha from him. Great milk to foam ratio and temperature.

Charleston - I understand the beans are only grown on a one-acre portion of a hilltop at the base of the Himalayas that is tilled by albino yetis. Blind monks collect and roast the beans to perfection during a 15-minute window during the Summer Solstice. The beans are then packed and shipped individually to maintain their exquisite flavor profile. Not really. Just overpriced.

The coffee is good, but the sandwiches are not very satisfying. The Turkey sandwich we ordered came on a plain hoagie roll and did not come close to what was pictured by the establishment. The service is kind and polite, and the location is convenient to accommodations around the Mall. The interior is well-kept and inviting. The company should work on improving its food offerings to help it stand out more as a viable breakfast spot.

I’m in love and I may literally never leave, sitting cross cross on a wooden window seat with pillows. Sigh! The barista was kind and knowledgeable, handling a long line alone with ease and grace and not turning away our pour over request. My vanilla oatmilk latte was absolutely delicious. Top 2 in the state I’ve had so far… lip smacking delicious. The pour over was great as well! The vibe is chill…not pretentious at all. Clientele on a Friday morning was a nice mix of all very sweet people…holding doors for one another, kiddos, people working, etc. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to come more often!!

Conviently located on the Pedestrian Mall, a small and trendy coffee house with plenty of seating for the size. A great place to relax, read, or study. Outdoor seating is available immediately to the front of the storefront as well as across the walkway. Ordered a Chai Latte with almond milk. The service was helpful and prompt, but the Chai flavor was not as intense as I prefer, but overall, it was a good experience. Loved the showcase of local art!

Ordered the seasonal Maple Latte. The taste was spot on and the drink had a very smooth texture. It was the perfect drink for the chilly evening as we walked around

the place is quiet and the tone is really mellow, definitely a comfortable place to relax and study or read. their black drip coffee was good enough for me to buy a $30 bag of beans to take home.

Very cute place. The employee I ordered from wasn't rude but not great. I've bever been the the area and he wasn't big on explaining or giving recommendations even though I was the only one in line. The maple latte with no Cinnamon was great. The older guy making them did an awesome job. I wasn't a fan of the psl, spices don't really mix in the iced drink. Also biggest size they had was 16oz and it was $16 for 2 lattes.

Coffee was overpriced and underwhelming. The staff is friendly, but unorganized. Waited a long time for two lattes, and another girl got hers stolen. They don’t take your name when you order, so when they come out, no one knows who they’re for. Do yourself a favor and go to Petite MarieBette.

I went there once. Now, I personally am the type of guy who like to make his own coffee at home because I like percolator coffee and no place gets this quite right except, perhaps, some old school diners. However, despite lowering the standards for coffee every time I go out, this place is outrageously priced for what you get. It's basically a glorified "Starbucks" in many respects, and that's not a compliment. As usual, the coffee was not hot enough for my tastes and it tasted metallic. The staff were polite/OK enough I guess, but I also don't get what the hype is all about, and would certainly not want to spend my money on overpriced coffee. I'll stick to making it at home on my own.
