My daughter got a free dozen donuts for her birthday, she was a very happy girl

Standard The flavor gets old
There were too many cars at drive thru so I went in to order. BIG MISTAKE! The server gave me a dozen donuts in 5 minutes but iced caramel latte took 21 minutes. Kept on take other orders but not finishing my order. Not recommend this restaurant.
Had such a fun time with my little one for her first hot now experience. The people were so polite and playful with my little one

Donuts tasted as if they had been fried in 2-week-old grease. Both donuts (different kinds) were disgusting. Interior was filthy.
To the woman who took my order, who hurt you? The Peppermint Mocha latte was disgusting, no peppermint or mocha, and I'm not sure it was even coffee. The only reason I'm giving this place is 2 stars is the cashier lady who was so nice to me and my pup. She gave her a very large pup cup.

Unfortunately, as much as I love Krispy Kreme, I cannot recommend this particular location. The filled donuts, especially the new ones with holes, have absolutely no filling. I am not sure how that happens but it frequently does here. In addition, the donuts are frequently stale. If I can buy Krispy Kremes at the grocery that are not stale, you would think the ones at the shop would be fresh. Honestly, I am not talking made this morning stale but days old stale. Also Hot Nows are NEVER actually hot or even warm. I think they forget to turn off the sign because I often see them do so as I drive off with my cold “Hot Nows.”
I had an awesome experience at this Krispy Kreme location. The guy working the drive through window gave me a free half dozen donuts with my order when he saw my hospital ID bage. They didn’t appear to be running a special that day, it was just a random act of kindness. It totally made my day :)
Executive management should consider changes to help retain employees, the ones still left at this store work hard & deserve recognition for sticking it through.
If your computer systems are down, do your customers a favor and post a sign on the door and save us our time. Waited in the store for 15 min just to find out the system was down and couldn’t pay with a debit or credit card. Seems like there’s always an issue when I decide to go here. Went to Dunkin’ instead. No issues there!
WOW, over $11.00 for a half a dozen and a bit smaller than what I'm use to. Sorry, but I'll stick with Dunkin.
The good and the bad the good the donut was delicious the bad was it was teeny tiny got a large coffee almost ice cold it was not an iced coffee but tasted good very cold do not recommend going there
My fiancé and I made the trip of an hour and 15 minutes to get donuts and our favorite lemonade chiller. The donuts were fine per usual but the chillers were just awful. Pure concentrate. Very disappointed
I’ve lost count how many times I’ve visited and been told they don’t have items listed on the menu and the customer service is never very good.
Very disappointed with my experience at the Krispy Kreme location in Charlottesville (5/1/22). It literally looked like a bunch of teenagers were running the place, I couldn't identify who the manager/supervisor was. What my boyfriend and I were most disappointed by was the conveyor belt/frying machine. I don't get how other people look through the glass and not have a strong feeling about how disgusting it looks. It was so obvious they do NOT clean the machines and the floor. Very surprised considering that the machines are on full display. The amount of GREASE buildup was horrific. it seriously looked like they hadn't clean since the store opened. There were like five employees there, and no one has the common sense to think, "hmm maybe we should sweep up these two donuts that are squashed on the floor or wipe some of the spills." In addition, it took about 7 minutes to get our donuts even though they were sitting in the glass container, where they could have easily grabbed the donut, put it in the box, and just give it to us. When we walked over to the cashier to see what was the hold up, the box of donuts were sitting on the counter and the employee had no idea. No one bothered to communicate that the donuts were done. Seriously, teenagers with purple green hair that run this place. Clean your store!! It's disgusting.
