Friendly staff and tasty donuts!
When we moved from NoVA I was so worried I’d never get Duck Donuts on the weekend again. Thank goodness C-ville has one of our own! Quick service, and all the usual donut fixings. They lose a star because customer service was lackluster, especially for being the only customer there.
This is absolutely the best donut I have ever had in my life. My partner brought me here and it is the first time I ever came here. Absolutely amazing. It was hot and so fresh. You have to eat it with a fork. Also, the bathroom is very clean and they have a very nice toilet.
Warm, melt in your mouth. Can’t eat just one! Just one word: YUMMMM

General manager is extremely rude to his customers and staff . He is like a bully to his poor team members . So unprofessional. I won’t go back after the way I was him treat his staff and also the customer in front of me . He should not hold that title there nor should he even work there . He’s gonna be very bad for business and cause employee loss . Hope that you guys find someone better soon

Disgusting. Workers had dirty hands. Store smelled of feces. Store was literally filthy grime all over countertops. Unhinged and bizarre rude staff. Woman named shawanda smelled of body oder and chitterlings. If I wanted food poisoning again I would go to this durty poophole.
Once you come inside the store, they greet you with happy faces and positive vibes! You have to go to the back to order your donuts. It’s basically a build your own donut place- the donut itself is vanilla based and made fresh as soon as you place your order. At the cashier, there is a table with examples of possible donuts you can create! The donuts come out warm which is a rare delight! The icing melts on top which makes sense but it’s a bit gooey to eat :P

We visit Charlottesville fairly often and stop by here every time. Donuts are made fresh when you order them and they have a good variety of toppings. They also have coffee and espresso

Everything about this place is perfect. The donuts are the best alive ever had in my life, and I’ve had some great donuts. Besides having the best donuts, this locations has the best staff. I fell in LOVE with their amazing service. By the end of my first visit, I left with a Duck Donuts t-shirt! It’s true!!! I love them that much!!
I wish I could give more than five stars because the experience that I had last month for my son's birthday literally left me in tears, but good tears! It has taken me awhile to write this review since everyone in my family has taken turns being sick but I wanted to share how wonderful the people at Cville duck donuts are. First of all, I'm so incredibly grateful that they have a vegan donut available! My son has a dairy allergy and requested donuts for his (4th) birthday but with a new baby I just didn't have the time or energy to try to make them myself. So when someone had informed me that duck donuts had a vegan donut I was so relieved. But the real magic happened when I was in store getting said donuts the morning of my son's birthday. They went above and beyond once they found out they were for his birthday and that he had a dairy allergy and normally couldn't enjoy treats like this. I'm talking shark marshmallow gummies, a special birthday box and even balloons! Maybe it was from the lack of sleep but it's probably just because I'm an emotional person anyways but I literally was brought to tears by their kindness.
Best donuts I've ever had and as a bonus, they have fresh Vegan donuts for my better half. The staff is super friendly and helpful!
The donuts are amazing but nothing compares to the amazing customer service, pleasant attitude, helpful suggestions, and overall great experience thanks to the employee Zack. Someone give this man a raise.

Great when started. Now the donut seems old and mushy. I even watched it goes to darken oil pots. It came with some blacken specs on donuts. I questioned the staff when was the oil changed. She said, she doesn't know and she also said, it get replaced frequently. Her boss changed. So I asked her, when was your boss last visited. She said, Friday. The day of my visit: Sunday. Nice.
