Fantastic pastries and very cool atmosphere
Best croissants we've ever had, and that includes Paris, France. Out of this world pastries with friendly service!

Nice local coffee shop with an expansive, fresh pastry selection. Breakfast sandwich and cinnamon bun were both amazing and the coffee was very solid.
One of the best bakery/coffee shops I've been too. Reminds me of icelandic bakeries, which are world class. Can't recommend enough! The coffee cake is a favorite! They usually have 2 different types of sandwiches for lunch as well, very well made!
Sweet Simones provided the best wedding cake for my 10/1/22 wedding that I've ever had by far. We did several different tastings and they blew away the other cakes that we tried. We also loved the options that they had regarding separate desserts. We opted to make every tier a different flavor and desserts for our dietary restriction guests. They were all a huge hit. My favorite cake of all time is a maple buttercream and they're maple buttercream was one of the best I've ever had! They responded back very quickly and we had everything finalized very quickly. We only needed to confirm a few items about a month out, otherwise this was the smoothest vendor interaction I had in my entire wedding planning process!

We hired Sweet Simone's for our wedding in August 2022 -- the service was excellent (and stress free) and the cake and desserts were perfect! We went with the chocolate cake, buttercream frosting and coconut flakes and it was out-of-this-world INCREDIBLE! Thank you for making our special day extra special and very sweet. We highly recommend this bakery for any special event.
Tears of joy. The chocolate croissant is so flaky it explodes in your face with each bite. I am dreaming of another and kicking myself for not getting two.

Every pastry, sandwich, and coffee I’ve had there is great. The people working there are also amazing. Which is why Sweet Simone’s is a weekly (sometimes more) stop for me.
Nice pastries and sandwiches, good coffee. Would be nice if they were open a bit earlier/later in the day if staffing ever goes back to normal - 8AM opening can be rather late if you need to get out of town for work in the morning.
Super cute shop, but all the pastries were SO over baked. Might have just been an off day- it seems like they’d have a really good pastry if not for over baking.
A wedding cake dream come true! We ordered our chocolate, gluten-free wedding cake with layered salted caramel and espresso icing from Sweet Simone's. They were able to accommodate our low-key backyard style "simple is best" wedding *and* their gluten-free bakes are amazing. Everyone raved about the cake!
Must stop!! Fantastic little bakery. Pulled over on the way to the gorge looking for coffee. Left with 10 baked goods and the coffee. All of them excellent.
If you are anywhere close to Richmond, make the trip!!! You won’t be disappointed! The best food and coffee around!!
Get there early if you want breakfast sandwiches. Fantastic bagels, croissants and coffee.
Had to swing by for a fresh drink and a small bite; was not disappointed. She got her standard oat milk latte, along with a GF buckwheat bar. The consensus is that things were just right! So happy to have found y'all, as we're staying near by. Thank you for being here and doing such a great job!
Stopped in to pick up a wedding cake tasting and get some other treats. The service was excellent and everything tasted amazing!
