Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains while eating here! Good food but kinda expensive.

Mediocre overpriced food. Sat down, ate and left without turning back. Shame because it would be a great place to stop for a bit while skiing. Epic please fix this.

A typical ski lodge dining option. Overpriced food for mediocre food. There wasn't much seating available when I was here during the lunch rush.

The best eatery in Ludlow by far. The hanger steak is so delicious.

Don't eat down stairs. Way under staffed wait over 1hr for our food and when I got it, it was the sadest BLT you have ever seen! For what little bacon there was it was chared black. Burtn to a crisp. A whole 1 slice of tomato cut in half and a giant glob of mayonnaise on one side of the sandwich. I ordered a side of fries that were cold, under cooked and chewy. All that for 26 bucks!!!! I get that it's moutian food but you can do better than that. So disappointed.

We carry in our lunch. There are plenty of clean tables and seats for both order in or walk ins. There are two floors for seating and the restrooms are very clean. We have not purchased food this year.

Not much choice of food for lunch during the week days. Chicken fingers and fries are always available!

Just right for the cold! A warm place by the fire and a bar! Some yummy food! And a great ski trail or two do spend the day adventuring across ice and powder! We LOVE getting up here and shooting the blacks and doubles! SKIING is good for you and Summit Lodge is a great spot to watch and plan and get fueled up!

Hiked to the fire tower in fall, the restaurant was still closed for the season but had a stunning view

Extremely kind staff working at the cafe. If you want to visit I would make sure that they are open. The cafe has beautiful views and it was a fantastic day to grab a coffee and step outside to look over the valley. I see there are some bad reviews about the cafe not being open. Not sure that justifies one star reviews given there was staffing issues last season and we are coming out of a pandemic. Seems very “Karen” to complain about that. If you are coming to Vermont understand that it’s a slower pace of life here. Sometimes things are closed and that’s just how it is. Be kind to the people working here. It’s not an easy location to get to for work and they do a fantastic job. Enjoy the cafe and the views. Remember, slow down. Life is good.

No amenities during the pandemic, but the bathrooms were clean and we got out of the wind.

Not enough staff for it to be open was what I was told.
