Great food, can use some training on customer service. Not bad service just don't know how to make customers welcome

When we arrived Saturday evening we went up the large staircase and the balcony was barricaded by chairs. There was a sign telling us to go through the doors to the left. But, those doors were locked. We then went down the stairs and all the way around the building, up a large ramp and then were able to enter through a side door, that apparently is what is used as the main entrance. When I walked in, I asked to use the bathroom, and was stopped. I had to get a key to use a restroom to wash my hands. Apparently it is a shared restroom with an office complex that locks the doors. It is very unfortunate that every customer who wants to wash their hands has to find an employee to get a key to do so. The hostess eventually seated us, but she seated us at dirty tables. Also, the tables were very wobbly and clearly are not being maintained. After 10 minutes I went and retrieved menus from the podium as we were we're just ignored, even though the only other two groups in the restaurant had already been served and there was nothing for her to be doing at the time. She just disappeared into the back. It appeared there were only two employees attempting to run the entire operation. Once we had been there for about 15 minutes, she returned to take drink orders. We then asked her to wipe down the table. She apologized and returned with a rag. As she wiped down the table, dirty water was coming out of the rag. Someone in our group ordered orange juice and we were informed that they were out of orange juice. Lemonade was ordered, but we were informed that they were out of lemonade. The server said that they had been hounding the manager for weeks to order orange juice but it had not been received. We also placed our food order at that time, because we didn't know how long it was going to take if we didn't do so at that time. The food arrived approximately 55 minutes after our arrival. Even though the restaurant was not busy at all. During that time we witnessed a couple in t

I'll give any place that has GF crêpes a good rating. Food is great, service awesome, atmosphere gets really loud with a full restaurant. It's a cute shop though. Wish I could find GF crepês in SLC. I go here multiple times when I'm in St George!

I stopped here on a whim not realizing you'd be seated and served. I asked for our crepe to go because we planned on just getting something to eat on the ride home. Well, I decided to take one bite before beginning to drive, and it was so delicious that I sat there in the car eating the whole thing. I wish would have just stayed and enjoyed the restaraunt because it really does have an amazing atmoshpere. My wife has been tlaking nonstop about how delicious the crepe was and how beautiful the interior is since we left. I cannot recommend this place more.

Having been to France several times, the only thing French about this place was the service. The servers ran around quite a bit, but we were seated at a dirty table, served room temperature water, had to ask for utensils, and for a to-go box twice. All of that made me feel like I was back in France. As for the food, I felt like I could have made the same meal shopping at Costco. The basil pesto tasted like what you get from a jar, the balsamic vinaigrette tasted like olive oil and basic balsamic, no aromatics. The bananas in Seventh heaven were over ripe and the strawberries looked old and one had gone bad. The cream tasted like it came from a can and the “custard” tasted like pudding. The chocolate sauce tasted like Hershey’s syrup. If it’s homemade, you have figured out how to dupe Hershey’s syrup. I think we’ll try Tifiny’s Crepes next time we are in town. 2 stars for presentation of food and ambiance of the restaurant.

I came to the Crepery with a group of friends this morning. First off, the doors were locked when we arrived at 8:30 (they open at 8). A customer actually had to get up to let us in! The employees didn't do it. I even saw a man try the door and leave as we were walking up, I assume because he thought they were closed. Second, we specifically decided to eat at the Crepery because they advertised having vegan options. Surprise. They don't. Their vegan "option" was just taking off everything that my friend couldn't eat! The one the server recommended would have left him with a crepe full of avocado... Knowing that, I doubt the batter was made vegan friendly, but who knows. Third, the crepes were skimpy. Not near as much filling as other crepe places I've visited. Specifically the pin-up. Barely any cheesecake filling inside. Left still hungry. Overall, not impressed.

Showing up during the breakfast rush is going to have you waiting a little, but wow the crepes were so worth it! Friendly employees, nice atmosphere and good food. Would absolutely reccomend.

Food is excellent, we had the pin-up crepe & the chicken caprese salad and I definitely recommend! It's a cute restaurant. The service was okay, it's kind of confusing when getting seated and paying.

This was a great place for me and my family to get away from the cold weather. The kids all loved the sweet crepes. I enjoyed a hot mocha. The service and the staff was very friendly.

Things have changed and not for the good. It is now a "sit down" place as we were informed by the waitress/hostess/cashier. Waited forever to even get a glass of water. "Sit down" places offer their customers drinks quickly not AFTER they waited 30 minutes for their food to show up. People were not helped or served in the order they arrived. The Good Morning had burned bacon (literally black) and the Medusa, which has always been my favorite, was dry with a side of crazy salty green sauce. My daughter and I didnt even finish our meal. The Crepery has been a family tradition for years and we're sad to see that tradition end. We won't be back.

First time at The Crepery… mediocre at best… The crapes were too thick, to tough and the kid in the kitchen was a mess…Since you could see into the kitchen, it was pretty apparent he didn’t really care how the food looked on a plate… Don’t recommend going there!!

This place is so good. We stopped for brunch, and boy were we glad we did. You must get the Mac Daddy. It is a savory crepe that is to die for. Next time I'm getting 2!

I used to live in St George and came here so often because of how yummy and fun it was. I ordered from there for the first time in years today, and couldn’t eat my crepe because it was cold and the strawberries tasted like they were already rotten, then frozen, then thawed and put into a crepe! Disappointed enough to leave a review. Leaving 3 in hopes it gets better!

Editing my review because they aren't as good as they used to be. We waited for 1hr to get our food to go. It's also been over a year since they last time I visited and it looks like they changed a few things.

I was highly unsatisfied with the customer service. We were seated within the first 10 minutes of arriving, but had to wait for 40 minutes before some took our order. Our “server” helped 3 tables that arrived after us, before even approaching our table. We were also not offered water until after we had ordered. Some of the servers working also had a very negative attitude which made the experience worse. Overall, it was very chaotic and unorganized. I would not recommend this place during busy hours or if you’re hungry and want good service.
