Used to go here and love the coffee, however lately it’s been super over budget to even go once. Decided to go today because I was craving a vanilla chai. Paid $8 for a small iced! Being a former barista and realizing it’s just Oregon chai you can get from the grocery store with oatmilk is super dissapointing. The girl that served me acted like she didn’t know what a “vanilla” chai was and just added syrup to the concentrate. Waaaay too sweet. Weird experience and definitely sealed the fate of not coming here anymore. Makes me so sad because I used to love it here!

I absolute love Perks!!! They’re the best! HOWEVER, Their new lids HAVE TO GO! I can’t get the straws into the hole to drink my lattes. I usually drink mine in the car but the lids make it impossible to drink. Today I couldn’t drink it until I got home! It took a sharp knife to put a straw into it. I’m sure that you purchased these lids to keep from spilling. But this is crazy!

Utah has no good coffee places, how are you going to pay 7 bucks for a coffee & it be half filled. Not only but in two separate incidents they messed up the order... Perks is sub par at best.
Sweet staff, sweet drinks. Such a great place to start the day. The line can get long though, so give yourself some extra minutes in case you're headed to work. Worth the wait!
