I would like to remove my previous post - the customer service team was amazing and was able to do some great damage control. Cristina was brilliant and more than made up for the experience we had prior. Thank you!
First I want to say that the food was great like usual at kneaders but the rest of the experience not so much. We go in a little before one Saturday before kneaders, and they we're doing a egg give away, my son gets an egg it says he gets a free Easter basket up to $40 value. Lady takes our order we complete our order at 1:07. Another lady comes out and says oh we aren't giving out the baskets because it is now after 1. And only gives us a Cookie, even though there is several baskets right there. I don't feel that was right. Other issues, no avocados because they we're not ripe, no breads on shelf to purchase, almost all desserts gone. And when we sit I hear them say they are now out of sourdough. When they bring out food there was a plate we did not order so I take it back to the desk, the next people in line that ordered they put that same random plate of food on the their table and they had to return it as well. The other thing is all employees seemed irritated and frazzled. It's a good thing I enjoy their food because this was not a great experience. But I do not think I will ever visit this location again. **Edit*** Corporate was quick to respond and make situation right. I appreciate their quick response. That's what makes for a good company, taking care of their customers. So for that I will take it to three stars.
It has been a while since I went to Kneaders, now I remember why. This French toast was dry and uncuttable, even with a knife, pretty sure it was made with 2 day old bread. A side of bacon = 1 slice of bacon. The syrup was not syrup, it was so thick and gooey. The entire breakfast was disgusting and ended up in the trash… except the singe piece of bacon, that was yummy.
Out of coffee at the at the drinks area so stepped to the other coffee dispenser and was told to go back to the empty one when I left it was still empty rude people
I would be hesitant using this location for doordash. I stood in the normal line for about 10 minutes as the order was not prepared then about 25 minutes for them to realize no one was working on the order. They did only have one cook but it was more the fact they let the doordash sit around for 45 min.
There’s an employee there and she is seriously always in a mood. Her attitude is awful. Also, I just got my to go salad and when I opened the container, they put my cups of dressings ON MY FOOD. That’s not ok, it’s disgusting and that’s how you make people sick. I hope the owner of this location starts doing something about his store because the reviews are not good.
I really enjoyed the fruit tart , not for eating it everyday as it's pricy... but from time to time..why not? Great atmosphere!!! Beautiful place.
If you dash here good luck made me wait over 15 minutes for my order.
They offer coffee and lattes, although all of their machines are broken everywhere I've been, for a very long time. The company is LDS so if they object to coffee, don't offer it and then refuse to repair your machines.
I'm a big fan of kneaders. Going to a kneaders in Utah is a lot like visiting a national park here, lots of standing in line. But at the end you get some pretty great views... or food in this case.
Found it on Google. Looking for something close to the room in was staying at. Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich. After seeing people that came after me get their food I got up and started hovering around the counter. Someone noticed and called my name . It was the breakfast croissant 🥐 instead. Time crunch so I ate the flaky nastiness and took the cards dealt me. Coffee was good and the restaurant was clean
The food was great but the tables had not been cleaned, bathroom had trash overflowing, and they had run out of napkins so they went and got us some paper towels from the back… maybe short staffed like every place!! The BLT on sourdough was delicious.
Delicious soup and bread in a cold night is exactly what we needed!
Ive been going to the St George location weekly for over two years. Most of the staff are very polite and try very hard. But.... they are grossly under staffed. My main complaint is that the customer seating area ice machine has been broken for a few months now. The ice machine at the drive thru works fine. It doesn't send a positive message to customers that machinery is regularly serviced. I don't have a car so can't go to drive thru.
Kneaders used to be great, but now it’s not worth the visit. They’ve always been overpriced, but the food was good…now they are understaffed and they are always out of stuff.
Pretty disappointed. Ordered two sandwiches and one cookie - waited over 45 min. and order never arrived. We were not the only patrons that day that simply gave up and left.
Greatest veggie sandwich on the planet. Slowest sandwich makers on the planet.
They advertised they had valentine's gifts and when I tryed to order in advance by phone they said first come first serve and of course they didn't have any other then the ones that were pre orderd
I absolutely cannot get enough of their broccoli cheddar Soup...
We had a Turkey sandwich on a croissant that was pretty good. The staff was friendly but the service was slow. Not a big deal. I also order a sugar cookie and bought 3 different loaves of bread and orange rolls. Those were all a disappointment. They were dry and seemed to be a few days old, instead of fresh. They will likely all sit on the counter for the next week, untouched, before they get thrown out. This is our first time back at a Kneaders in probably a decade (lived out of state), but we won’t return.
