Would be nice if they had dairy free cream cheese. For such a large chain they should have that option for vegans and lactose intolerants
We arrived at 10:30,am and they only had chocolate chip and blueberry bagels. They said it would take 45 minutes before anymore were available.
Get there early, this place has the best bagels in town!
Busy holiday weekend morning. bagels were good. Crew just need to work together as a team to serve the customers. A few of the workers were obviously not getting along so much so the my 12 year old son ask me why they were acting that way.
Out of everything screwed up my order overpriced never coming back.

As a native New Yorker it's better than the almost rans. Wish we had authentic small business competition. Maybe. Eventually. Clean facility. Good natured staff. Quick moving process.

Food is always good but we never get what we order. This time I was also shorted food.
This place is 10x better then Starbucks. Better coffee, better service and omg the food… Best bagel I’ve had in w very long time. (There’s a a bagel house in Hudson MA, with a jalapeño bagel to die for) but other than that, nothing I’ve had beat this. Congratulations on whoever runs this ship, as it’s a very well oiled machine. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Respect!!!
A little pricey but the coffee is good and the bagels are great!
I’m not a fan of bagging on places I like, but I can’t help but leave a 1 star because of the decline in service over the last 2 months. The older dark haired woman is always so miserable and arguing with staff, complaining, barking orders, telling them to “stop being slobs”, all in front of customers. The wait time used to be 5 mins or so with a long line, now you can expect 10+ mins to get your order taken, and when it’s her, it’s always attitude. The food is great, the service sucks.
Young girl working the cash drawer had a real attitude. She needs to figure out other employment. She had gloves on while trying to count back cash... She was having a hard time counting back the cash due to the gloves... Her response was-"i cannot be washing my hands all day" she is in the food service business she needs to figure out the hand washing thing. Watched this same employees be rude to several other costumers too.
Standard Einstein bagel shop. Service friendly, bagels fresh but as is typical for Einstein, not really NYC quality. Shop is pretty large, some Einstein locations can be dead slow at service, this one is somewhat better. I do like their coffee a lot . Plenty of parking. Not very crowded last time I was in.
Understaffed, never stocked up on bagels, and needs help. They got my order wrong and I usually let it go but it was so wrong I couldn’t. Then what I got was so skimped on what should of been on the sandwich. Not worth the money. Iced coffee was warm so I had to ask for extra cup of ice to fix it. Staff activity were complaining to customers that there were only 5 employees for the whole store 7 days a week and 1/2 the times they close early because of staffing or supply issues. Store was visibly dirty on the walls. They used expo markers to make hiring signs that are pretty despite in wording. Someone either close the store and put the staff out of their misery or invest in it to make it better. No one deserves this. Someone either invest in this store to fix it or close it. No one deserves
Best bagel I have had in a long time! And I dropped my drink due to my chemotherapy treatments and they took care of me with absolute class!
It's so sad that you pay these prices for food and when you order through Doordarsh Einstein won't let you specify what milk you want on a 6 dollar drink. I spent 30 bucks on a simple breakfast and I didn't get exactly what I wanted.
I get Einstein Bagels all the time at other locations, but this St. George store is the worst. I placed an order in the app and arrived to a very busy store. There were several people waiting for orders. Our order was not there so I figured I'd wait since they were calling out orders and people were getting them. After 30 minutes (all of the people there waiting were gone) I finally asked about my order and the person said he'd check. He never came back. I stopped him again and asked and he said I don't know what's going on, she was supposed to come talk to you. I asked another worker about my order and she said "We made that order a while ago". I told her it wasn't here and nobody called it out. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Normally I'm pretty chill with workers because I know they aren't paid well and most issues are not caused by them but I was tired of not getting an answer. I walked over to where all of them were working and asked if they were re-making my order. One of them turned to me and said they couldn't re-make my order, that I would have to cancel my order, then get in the back of the line behind everyone (which was very long) and place a new order. I told her I'd just dispute the charge and I left.
This is false advertising. Because when you order on DoorDash they never include the effing smear. 3 times now.
