Every Saturday my coworkers and I do a coffee run before work. Today I went in at 7 am and ordered four large drinks. I got my drinks, paid $30 for them. Then went to work. When I got to work I realized I was given all medium drinks. I can't leave work to go fix it and I'm just frustrated. Not the first time it's happened.
The employees are so kind and we always get a pup cup for our 3 dogs!!! Thank you

I GOT A BALLOON!!! 😈😁🙃🎈❤️ I always love going to Dutch Bros. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I've never felt rushed when asking questions or choosing something new. I like how there are so many different drinks and flavors to choose from. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back again
So many menu options, and they're all super tasty! Look up the menu before you go if possible, because they will take your order far before you get to the sign. They also do fun things like sticker day where they give away sweet stickers with the drinks. My favorite part is how allergen friendly they are, tons of milk options, and unlike other coffee shops, most of their drinks are gluten free! ( looking at you Starbucks... No one needs gluten in their java chips or caramel macchiato). They are ridiculously friendly, almost climb in your car sorta friendly. It creates a nice experience but if you're on an important call or something its worth mention there will be small talk. Oh ya, the line moves really really fast so don't be deterred if it looks long, they'll get us through!
This Dutch is absolutely amazing! Never have I ever experienced such good customer service in any drive through I’ve gone through. There is a gentleman who works here who is very tall has long hair and some piercings. I believe he is one of the managers at this location and let me tell you he is absolutely the best! He never fails to brighten my family’s day and is part of the reason I will always make the drive to this shop. You can tell he genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond. My coffee always tastes great and I couldn’t be happier to continue to support this shop! Way to go to the management of this place! You’re doing an excellent job at hiring great people. Thanks for making a difference in my day! My family and I thank you! Can’t wait for my carmelizer tomorrow
I visited this Dutch bros , just wanted let everyone know that the service was great , my drink tasted great , the staff is very friendly and the go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile.
These guys are the best, so friendly, so fast, and I always get a free coffee on my birthday.
the coffee is always good but today i observed a line of cars and 4 people working but only one woman making drinks while the others were standing there idly on their phones and chit chatting . i don’t know the woman’s name but she deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication . the other 3 employees should be ashamed of themselves for making that one girl do all the work .

Oh my heck this is my favorite coffee flavor by far, it's cheaper in price and they are all so nice n happy always! Their cell phone app is fun and always a deal of some kind going on👍😁❣️
Love this place. Delicious coffee, always something new, and the employees are helpful and fast. Nice to see a coffee shop that’s not trying too hard to be Starbucks. Try the soft top!

Lady taking the order was laughing about whatever was going on in her headset, said she didn’t know what a cappuccino was so she couldn’t make it, then messed the drink size up the one drink order. salty feel like being petty. educate employees
