Not sure why I keep getting an iced mocha when I ask for a frozen mocha. And the coffee is not the best. Tastes burnt.
Good café
Meh. just another coffee house. Grabbed a skim, sugar free vanilla latte. I watched them put it on the counter. They never called me. Walked up asked if it was mine. For some unknown reason, got a lecture on what skinny means. Waited another 10 minutes for a ham and cheese croissant. All in all? Not too impressed. Not unhappy, just won't go out of my way. And another place that wants a tip in advance for counter service. Not impressed.
April 21st, 2023- Ordered 2 B-Meat free sandwiches which always come with avocado yet neither of them had any avocado on them at all. I had already bit into one of them which is how I found out, I hurried back to the shop to tell them and they said they would just slap the avocado back onto the sandwiches which I thought was awkward but I told them one was already bitten into and if they could possibly make a new one and just slap it on the one that was eaten. Once I pulled up to the window, one of the workers offered one of the avocado packages and a butter knife explaining that she had forgotten to add it, I told her again if she could just make a new one and just add the guac to the other sandwich even though I honestly feel like two brand new sandwiches should have been made. This was a terrible experience and while I still like this place, this is a story I'll be mentioning to others.
Great place for health-conscious people. Both staff members were friendly and personable, especially Amber. A few tables are available for seating. I gave them 5 stars, even though it missed the wow factor. Uplifting music playing at a soft volume in the background may have been the wow! Our main order included Iced Chai Tea, and Vegan Protein Burrito. Will return for sure!
Great service. I get frustrated with the app sometimes but all the baristas are so nice and help me. They are very knowledgable about their menu items too.
This location is really great! Riverside & Mall Drive. Very fast service in the morning’s before work (8 AM), coffee is always on point, staff is great!
One of my favorite coffee places in the area this one in particular. Just love the vibe of this place and the baristas are kind. Enjoyable experience most days.
Ordered a drink off the menu. And they gave me just plain coffee, black. Only person in the store who has ordered so I’m not sure how this happened. The process of getting drinks to the customers could be tweaked to ensure a better success rate.
Hard pass if you’re looking for a good frozen mocha. It came out of a slushy machine.

Was new to town and temporarily staying with a friend and wanted to get out of the house for my housing research. Because of the (mostly) good reviews I thought I'd give this place a try. Immediately upon entering the premises I got a weird vibe from the girl behind the register. One of those indelible moments. There was no greeting, and I thought that was even more strange because they were not busy. As I approached the counter she just waited for me to order. Didn't talk to me. Just stood there. I was ordering breakfast along with my coffee so to break the uncomfortable ice I decided to tell her I needed a moment to look over the menu. Once again, no real communication (like 'take your time and order when ready' or 'I'll be right back' or...). She just stood there with this energy like I had somehow offended her for some reason. So I put in my order. Barely any communication. Another girl made my coffee and just as anywhere else called out my name in an appropriate manner (I didn't expect anything else). When my food order was up the same girl who seemed bothered by me quickly placed it on the counter and barely called out my name. The only reason I heard it was because I was paying attention to the entire staff at this point. There were two or three other girls working that day and I did not get the strange vibes from any of them. It got so uncomfortable for me that I approached the counter and asked one of the other girls to speak to the manager. Imagine my shock and surprise when I saw the girl with the attitude come around the corner! I was taken aback, so all I could blurt out at that point was 'YOU'RE the manager?!' She just deadpanned me and replied yes. In my mind, at that very moment, I realized it was a moot point to pursue anything, so I just said 'oh my god' and walked away. In hindsight I should have just asked for a refund and left the place, but I was so hungry and wasn't up for finding another cafe to 'try out', so I just continued with researching
I'd give a 5 start if the fix there speaker outside Thank you for replying but 5 days latter, just left there and the speaker is still broken
This was 1st time here. I had a Caramel Crème Frappe and it was really good, even though I brain froze myself with the first drink. Next time I will try their food.
The vanilla latte was really good. Wasn't impressed with the sausage egg breakfast sandwich. My son liked his bacon egg croissant and Chai tea.
I love beans & brews! There was one employee in particular I had a great experience with, I believe her name was Oakley. She was so nice and quick with my drink! Love this place.
Today I went to breakfast here and was in the drive thru line after I ordered when I realized I didn’t have my card on me. I was honestly so sad and disappointed I wasn’t going to get my coffee and toast but when I got to the window and told the girl at the window (Tayli) she offered to pay for it and let me Venmo her. Beans and brews got it right with hiring her. It completely changed my morning and I was so grateful that she even took the time to think about ways she could help let alone pay for it herself. The girl needs a raise or a bonus!
