Same layout as all Barnes and Noble Cafes but wanted to say Jenna is an amazing worker! I was working from the coffee shop and she greeted every customer with so much enthusiasm, remembered customer’s names and orders and took the time to make sure every guest felt welcomed. Easy to see how much she cares about her job! ⭐️

Came for coffee while family looking in bookstore. Employee hiding behind sign not interested in job. No coffee made told me to wait. Waited while she proceeds to make a bland cup of coffee. Did not even call to say it is done. Get staff that is actually interested in the job!

Tried buying a book, went to the only visible counter where 2 employees chatting away and was told I need to check out in an unmarked corner. I go and stand in line and the worker at the check out is just having a casual conversation with the customer in the front of the line. After a few minutes and not 1 customer served I decided to leave and not make a purchase. As I left 4 workers were then at the customer service counter chatting away. Waste of money on 5 workers that aren't working.

Decent spot in Barnes and Noble! People were nice but my drink didn't taste the same as usual and they don't accept Starbucks gift cards

I was going to order the strawberry funnel cake coffee..... I am so glad the girl working kindly told me it was not a good drink. After thinking about it, i have no idea why you would put that on the menu. I got the carmel yummy yummy😋 A sausage and cheese biscuit, and a blueberry muffin. Great way to start my morning. Thank you

I went to this Starbucks several times this weekend and they couldn’t get not one order right. It was disappointing to order a café latte and get a hot chocolate instead with the sticker of my true order. Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to 👎🏼.

The lack of power points is beyond frustrating, broken legs on tables around the sparsely furnished book areas and dirty cushions seems inexcusable.

This is a great Café! It is not actually a Starbucks, but they do carry a lot of Starbucks options. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and it's inside of Barnes and Noble, what better place for a café? Come, sit and relax, check out some cool books, or chat with some friends. I know a lot of people will actually use this place as a first date/meeting place.
