Just absolutely amazing and the staff are always full of energy and quick!
Made my food wrong several time when I simply ask for no cheese on my sandwichs. When we ask for no cheese on both sandwiches and both had cheese. The gal at the window said oh we didn't know. How i ordered it that way. After pulling up to the window I was then asked for ID since my order was over $30 unless I was going to pay cash. Why in HELL do I need to provide my ID when ordering food. We will never be back
I like B&B, but when you're loyal {to someone/somewhere or something}, then you are just plain L O Y A L. I am a diehard Starbucks lover......🫶🏽❤️😋☕, {Nobody does it better}!!!!!!! "Precious" & "Coco"
Coffee drinks are great and what you would expectfrom this chain. This is mostly a drive through location with a walk up window. Very busy, so expect to wait, even at the walk up, and even if you order ahead of time on your app. Those poor employees were running around each other in such a small space trying to keep up!
Great customer service and the order came out perfect. I ordered a Medium Frozen Mr. B's with an extra shot and whipped cream

One of the worst locations because it's such a small and busy area. But beans and brews is our favorite coffee shop! 10/10 would recommend. They have something for everyone, just talk to the staff! We go on a nearly daily basis. Way better than Starbucks. But one complaint is they get my coffee wrong quite a bit and have to repeat my order at the window or have them remake it. They forget our extra shots a lot and it's very noticeable in color and flavor. It costs too much to be leaving that out!

Bad customer service and no apple pay
About every other time I come to this location I get handed the wrong drink. For it being a drive thru only besides a walkup it's super frustrating
They have great barristas there. They pull great shots. They mix their drinks properly. High quality. Excellent service. We love this place. We go to the Starbucks down the street sometimes simply because the location is a little more convenient. After a series of horrible experiences, we are swearing off. This place is a gem. We appreciate you guys. :)

I’m not sure if they didn’t know what I was asking for if they were completely messing with me? She made my drink 3 different times and it still wasn’t right after the 4th and 20 minutes in the drive-thru .I asked her if they had coffee cake and she told me yes & handed me a muffin and said it tasted like coffee cake?
My hot Americano was barely warm. A sad waste of $4. My first and last visit
Employees do not know how to look up mobile orders
The coffee here is just ... Not delicious. Not the hot coffee, not a cold coffee drink, not the frozen options. It's just not tasty. The workers are really nice and the service is fast but the product gets a thumbs down from me.
We go to this location all the time and there is one specific girl there I get the b&b refresher and she puts so much syrup in the drink no matter how many times I tell her very light syrup it’s just syrup and ice I can’t even taste the green tea or anything else no matter what I still always tip them good because idk if it’s just her and her bad attitude but all the other workers don’t do this it seems as if it’s only when she is working also has a bad attitude about it when I ask I love this location because it not something that happens every time I go it’s just when the same girl is working my husband is about to go get drinks and will see if it happens today I will update my rating because Saturdays are the days this always happens also she is the only one that says we can’t do light syrup in a small or medium which I don’t understand the beans and brew up up the street on like 8 the east makes them perfect I can’t understand if they’re busy and trying to get orders out but the things is they’re not but moving forward I will not take the drink and ask for it to be remade I will also get her name because of the way she speaks to me and my husband it’s like we are complicated when we order and all I ask if light syrup that’s it or last time his mr b frozen had so much espresso in it he couldn’t even drink it but we never asked for any espresso that’s the only time he has had an issue sorry had to say something will also post a pic if it’s that way again
