This place is trash. I stopped coming here because they never gave me the amount of Expresso I paid for. I watched them make it multiple times to be sure. Now I came back to give it another chance and did not even come close to making my drink right. I quit this place.

Beans and Brews is my favorite coffee house to grab a quick coffee to go. Mr. Bs is my favorite brew here, cold or hot with a little extra cinnamon and caramel on top! The customer service is always great and pretty fast to go through the drive threw. The sandwiches and breakfast food they have to offer here is also to die for!

I like that this is the Utah based chain, but I just don’t like their coffee beans. They are not high-quality, and, much like Starbucks, are over-roasted.

The staff is very kind, and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve ordered, the coffee has not tasted right (very bitter and harsh flavor!) My usuals are Eye Opener and Cold Brew. Never had this issue at the Traverse Mountain location. I would recommend Dutch Bros down the street if you’re in the area. Drinks are priced lower + better quality coffee flavor.

I haven't tried the food options yet other than an occasional coffee cake but I do love the HOT Caramel Cielo but only if made with white Coco instead of whole milk. However, the barista's at new location in Eagle Mountain are still learning. I have had my drinks made iced rather than hot on more than one occasion. I hate to ask them to remake it so I just take then but the iced drink does hurt my stomach for some reason. I will start having them correct it going fw. Also, the customer service is lacking a bit. And i dont understand why they ony have 1 employee working most every time. I always have to request a sleeve and stopper and they will just hand me a folded sleeve rather than putting it on and offer a large cup full of stoppers fore to dig one out. This makes me wonder how many other "unsanitary" hands have touched them. The Saratoga Springs location is awesome. The staff is friendly and personable and always make my drinks right or correct it with no question. I still sometimes drive the extra distance to go there. Plus, the drive thru is great earlier in the AM as I hate having to exit my vehicle and walk inside like in Eagle Mountain. I still go to Beans every single day (except x-mas) way better than starbucks by far. I do wish they had more promotions and coupon offers. Especially for regular and loyal customers.

Grabbed two coffees a sandwich and a burrito. Food and drinks were good, the place was clean and cozy… Your staff needs training in customer relations… Say hello when someone comes in, offer a recommendation, ask what someone likes What not to do: Don’t greet the customer, stare at the customer and say “ Are you ready yet?” There are to many coffee shops that you compete with to not focus on the customer experience. That is what will set you apart and allow you to compete with Starbucks.

My medium cup of two coffees seems to be increasing every time I purchase them the price is different each time it’s now $13.30 for two cups of hot mocha with caramel, it’s like our gas prices a JOKE”

Had a super bad experience on a Sunday with the staff today absolutely no justifiable reason for their attitude towards me I am a customer I also sometimes will work and deliver food or it was a little bit odd today you know when I went through the drive-through there’s a young kid and a lot of times when I ordered my drink unfortunately for me I’ve had bad experiences where the drink is not correct and once you have a bad experience like that more than once or it doesn’t taste right and you end up throwing the drink out you want to make sure that your drink that you’re ordering for yourself is correct so I needed the receipt the staff forgot to give it to me or ask me if I want to receipt both and I came in and then a girl with a nasty attitude started questioning me and I thought that was odd I didn’t understand the questioning it wasn’t no justifiable reason for her to question why I bought a drink while I am doing this and I finally asked so what’s your deal and then they said that I was that I am rude I am not rude when someone says he would you like me to repeat the drink order that’s just to ensure that it’s right and of course it was wrong they put a ton of cinnamon powder and I ended up not drinking the drink and then I got scared to drink the drink because I wasn’t sure after the way they treated me once I was inside if they might’ve done something to my drink I thought that was very wrong I’m a good hearted person I went to the Lehi location and told the girl what happened she was kind enough because she knows me I’ve been in her store many many times and Lehi and she remade my drink the right way and she saw that it wasn’t even the right color and she treated me very well your staff an Saratoga Springs at sometimes or another I have not been the best over the last two years please treat customers with respect

Was in here earlier this week, got my usual coffee, the drink was good per usual. This review is based off customer service/professionalism. I was in the lobby and over heard an employee who I believed was named Rylie trash talking another customer who had just walked out to her coworker. You would think there would be some sort of appreciation for peoples business but it doesn’t seem like it. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but either way that’s the face of your business. Between the obnoxious employee who talks bad about customers the minute they leave to the ants on the counter where you pay, it’s making me count down the days until the Dutch Bros down the street opens up.

Definitely need training at this coffee shop. They do not understand how to make most coffee drinks I’ve realized the last couple weeks. Charging me twice for one drink twice now. I’m a business owner as well and I know it’s hard to find good employees who care to do things right. But money is a huge thing to make sure you get right.

Beans and Brews coffee house is a good place to stop for coffee, this is my daughter in law favorite coffee place. She gets coffee points buying there and she can purchase items for my grandchildren when she gets her coffee drink. Prices are comparable to any other coffee shop. Thumbs up 👍

They are very quick and friendly. They sometimes mess up my order though sometimes but it's okay though. I appreciate that they fix it right away if I say something to them, i love the good pay it forward that happens in the drive-thru sometimes this place has good energy :) Edit- never had a problem with this place until today. First off I wanted to use my coupon and the sandwich I was wanting they told me they couldn't make it cuz they turned the ovens off. Then they wouldn't take my $5 off because their scanner was broken. The barista said she would print off the receipt for us to scan and forgot. Feeling very annoyed with this place will not be coming to this location again

Good little place, go here a lot with friends, the coffee isn't bad but not my fav. But I do like it here a lot so I recommend you try it! Customer service is great and their employees are so fast and always polite. Good little place to sit down and catch up with friends. I also love that it's not loud at all!
