Man, they are so slow at moving people through the ticket scan. Security checkpoint before that is much quicker (where you're taking out your wallet and keys and belt)! The seating is comfortable, and it feels like you get a pretty decent view wherever you are (assuming you have good eyes or binoculars). We've been to numerous concerts and sports here, and it always a fun time!

Great for sports events. However horrible for concerts. As they tend to echo a lot. This year has been very good as far as traffic due to them only allowing around $5,000 people in the arena. Definitely worth it to go see a jazz game every once in awhile.

The Andrea Bocelli concert was amazing. However the staff at the front doors didn't know what was going on and we kept getting told different things and then the guy going around telling all the ladies they cannot take their purse in was rude and giving out false information. No where on your website or the emails we got does it say we cannot bring in bags. Hardly any of the food places were open or ready for orders.

Fun place to catch a game. You can get decent priced seats in the upper bowl.

I have a fairly average build and I had to hunch forward the entire concert to avoid smashing into the people sitting next to me. I don’t remember the old seats being so narrow. Sacrificing comfort to cram as many people as possible into the venue.

Venue is one of the largest in the city. If a band you know is playing here, you know it's gonna be incredible. Some of the most technical and complex shows I've ever seen have been accommodated for in here.

Really nice place for a concert. I think our seats were as far away from the stage as possible, but it was still great.

Huge shoutout to Don! He went above and beyond to help me and my friend that had a sprained foot get through the arena with a wheel and to our seats without incident. After the show he came back to pick us up even stopped off for a potty break and to buy merch from the show. HIGHLY SUSPECT, EVANESCENCE & MUSE WERE AMAZING! I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service we received. Thanks Don!

Seeing a concert here was amazing! So many good food vendors, and the sound quality was beyond perfect.

There needs to be more bathroom stalls. It’s ridiculous how few there are for any event held here. Also the NBA rules on bag size is so stupid. How can someone fit their wallet, tampons and medical needs like inhalers or epi pens for emergency. Get real! Look at the MLS for how to do a bag requirement. Hate coming here

Vivint Arena is the gold standard for arenas in mid sized cities. Comfortable seating options. Several food options. Good customer service.

This review is about the Mother’s Room. I’m super grateful they have two. It has a a good chair, sink, and changing table. I was disappointed there was not a TV so I could keep watching the game. If it had a TV with the event on it, it would have been both functional and allow me to enjoy the event I came to see. Please add. Thanks!

Awesome experience. Once in a lifetime trip to the Jazz game during the heart of the pandemic. Thanks to my beautiful wifey for making it happen ❤️❤️

How can you not love this place? They transform this for into everything imaginable. Just enjoyed a great night with the NHL and the Salt Lake Shootout. Go Kings! High caliber service from the employees here. *update 2023, is quite a different place during NBA games and I'll admit that the top rows are hard to watch a game from. I'm not a fan of the infiltration of politics in sports. With that said, it's pretty neat having dozens of food options and having the ability to order from a digital screen or your phone is high tech!

We come here all the time, it’s always been fun and the staff is great. Until the last time it was a nightmare, First time I was allowed to bring my small clear clutch in that hits the requirements for their bag protocols, the next time the security was so rude to me about it after I have brought this bag into numerous concerts and jazz games he told me to either throw away my purse, or to put it in the checked bag that you have to walk halfway around the building for in the freezing, cold weather he was so rude about it. I understand they have a job to do but their security there need to get a better handle on all being on the same page because depending on the concert or the game you never know what the protocols are going to be or the rules because they change on who is working. I was very disappointed in how they treated us.

I was at the groundbreaking for the Vivint arena. While it's for the jazz which I don't like, it's an okay place. But I do admit the concert tonight was awesome and the person at door by the elderly man was so kind and helpful to my needs. I really appreciate it him.

This is my first visit to an NBA game. Awesome experience to get to go with my brother, son and nephew! Are a concessions are always pricey, but the chicken tenders place was good and went down well with the excellent tasting overpriced beer. If you are a long-legged individual I do recommend checking out the seating map very closely before you pick.

Lots of staff standing around. Only 2 orders shown on the order status board. Lots of food in the warmer tray. Ridiculous. Hamburger buns were hard from being in warmer so long. Rosemary fries were good.

We will start with a "Go Jazz" as one surely must. But we will end with a "meh" about the venue's near bust. There are thousands and thousands of reviews to read. So what makes ours so different and why do you need? The answer is you don't. You already know. But I feel like reviewing so here we all go. Let's start with the pros. There are quite a few. It's clean and signage help you know what to do. The vibe here is great, I've been to many events. It's amazingly flexible and many seat choices present. But now we move on to where there is room to improve. There's not the best parking if you're late or in a bad mood. They allow very small clutches and say no to the purse. The lonely walk back to the car can make you feel worse. To purchase most items, you must use your phone. When wanting one's beverage, this takes much too long. So fun place to go, but the foods not the best. And for all of those reasons. I give it a meh.
