Great drinks, food, and service. Nice atmosphere - lots of space/tables. Loved all the pretty plants lining the windows!

My favorite coffee shop in SLC hands down! Such yummy food, amazing drinks, and the baristas are awesome. Chloe makes the best matcha!

After ice skating across the street, we came here for coffee and hot chocolate. We couldn’t pass on the yummy pastries.

The interior is beautiful and my drink (vanilla latte) was okay, but the food was just atrocious. The menu said, "breakfast toast" and was described as having "egg, cheese, and bacon." Based on that, as well as the photos in reviews, I was expecting roughly a McMuffin style breakfast sandwich or maybe an open toast. Instead, my food was brought out smooshed and without a plate (I was dining in), and it was in a grocery store style hamburger bun!! I'm not exaggerating in that the cheese was very, very burnt. It also had a really sweet tasting ketchup squirted onto just the middle. It was really bad. The hamburger bun part really surprised me. If I order something and it's not what I expect that's part of the experience of trying new places and normally I'm fine with that, but this was actually in the category of terrible preparation. In retrospect I really wish I'd asked for a refund right away. Just look at my sad attached photo lol.

Neat local cafe. Welcoming environment, and the baristas were doing a great job (even at the early hour I was there, good on them because I was exhausted). They have a variety of warm drinks that seem good. My sister really enjoyed her Latte and we had some of their pastries. They have a good display for their delicious pastries, and even a refrigerated section for some cold juices (and other stuff. I was exhausted and lazer focused on the watermelon juice lol). The breakfast burrito I had was good as well. The atmosphere was relaxing and I felt comfortable sitting and enjoying my food. Highly recommend this cafe

I go here and normally the food is a decent, and convenient option for me in the mornings. Normally I skip out on the Mixed Berry and Quinoa salad, because to be honest it just doesn’t look that good. Today I made the grave error of giving it a chance. My taste buds have never been so offended in my entire life. It’s actually probably the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. There is no way, that an actual human being ate this and decided “yeah that tastes good, let me sell it at my shop.” The dressing nearly made me vomit, I’ve been heaving all morning trying to get this taste out of my mouth. Normally I wouldn’t even write a review over something I purchased and didn’t like, but this was so horrendously bad. Seriously why don’t you just stock higher quantities of the better selling items instead of this dumb salad. I’ll consider changing my review when this item (which as far as I can tell doesn’t sell well as it is always the last item to go - not an exaggeration) is never sold again. Abysmal Waste of 10$. The staff are super nice and lovely though, never tried the coffee but they seem knowledgeable and capable coffee makers

I came here for avocado toast and coffee and left….okay? The avocado toast wasn’t great. It was almost as if they just chopped up an avocado at put it on the barely toasted bread without much thought to flavor. There weren’t really any seasonings on it or spices to make it taste better and I’ve 100% had better avocado toast. The coffee was a little better but it wasn’t great. For the area I’ll allow it because it was still leagues better than a lot of coffee I’ve had around there. The staff wasn’t friendly. They didn’t ask if we wanted to eat in or take out, so they made everything to go. We asked for silverware and they just pointed at the silverware, even though it wasn’t stocked which is why we were asking. The place was cute and comfortable, which is the only thing that gave it an extra star. But had I known what it would be I wouldn’t have come. Overall this was disappointing given the ratings. Maybe I should have lowered my standards but I can’t recommend this cafe.

I always like to try new places so despite some poor reviews I decided to give this place a shot. Paid $24 for avocado toast and a coffee 😬😬😬 Definitely not worth the money, grossly overpriced. You should probably just go to Starbucks

I absolutely love it here. The food and coffee is great and the staff are always friendly. Every time I go in I feel valued and welcome. I definitely recommend The Daily if you're looking for an inviting, chill place with some great food and drink.

The perfect city styled coffee shop! The baristas there are very knowledgeable and inventive. Definitely coming back! I did notice some customers were pretty demanding and i know how frustrating that can get,, Hang in there friends! You’re doing great!

The daily is the best coffee spot in Salt Lake City and frankly some of the best coffee I have ever had. The employees are masters at their craft and put real care into each cup of coffee. They are all amazing especially Esmee who is usually there when I come in before work. You can tell she knows what she is doing and cares to have a personal connection with people rather than a fake customer service smile that is so tiring these days. All the employees are amazing and I feel bad for them when I see the upstairs office people treat them rudely (which seems to happen too often). I recommend everyone try the daily at least once I promise it’s a magical experience and please remember to be nice to your hard working baristas!

One of the best coffee shops I've been to! I wake up and the first thing I think of is coming to get coffee from my favorite baristas, unlike my grandmas coffee which isn't good. Esmee knows how to make a cup of coffee so good that it will bring tears to your eyes as well as being nicer than my grandma who hits and insults me when I mention her coffee not being as good as The Daily's coffee. 10/10 would recommend this establishment. 0/10 I don't recommend my grandma's coffee. ( Look grandma it's not that I don't love you. I just think that your coffee could be better. Maybe stop trying to poison me, because I know you put something in the coffee every morning and that's why I don't drink your stupid coffee.)

I work as an Uber eats driver abd had a delivery to this building so I thought I’d come get a coffee and ask where to drop and I was inmediateiy cut off by the female of Asian heritage by saying very rudely “ ya we don’t accept deliveries” and seemed very bothered by me asking for help, so I walked out and she felt like repeating “ we don’t accept that here” as a warning for next time. You’d think there would some empathy for another worker trying to have a good day. I’ll see you next Friday to drop off the next order :)

Hands down the best pastries and really great coffee. I keep meaning to come back for a breakfast sandwich but the treats always steal my attention. Employees are great and really friendly. They all make awesome lattes, too. Just a nice place to spend your morning.
