Sweet service with a smile. Great coffee!!!
Asked for quad americano and got very watered down coffee. Simple request with no car line. Will not go back. Shouldn’t have tipped
Small little gem, great coffee, the friendliest people. They genuinely want to give you a great cup of coffee.
I got the iced Jessica rabbit (white chocolate and strawberry) it was not bad I think could do with more flavoring but you can ask for that. My wife got the matcha frappe and it tastes watered down and could barely taste the matcha. We ordered it hot and it wasn't very hot. But hot enough. I would come back and try some of the other things but won't do the matcha again. Taylorsville location.

Randomly found this place when needing my fix. Very small drive-thru joint. Barista was very courteous and friendly. Service was fast, and best of all the latte was amazing. It was also served at the right temperature not overheated junk. It’s too bad I don’t live nearby.
The staff is always upbeat and the Tom Hardy is my fav Drink 😍
The baristas at Pinned are always on point and welcoming me with a smile. They're quick and make a delicious latte. While the menu might look a little overwhelming, I'm never disappointed with any drink I order.
Pinned Coffee Co. is amazing and there coffee tastes great its the only place I will go for a coffee of any kind, been going there for abt 4 or 5 years now thanks Mia and David love u guys, I especially love the way I'm treated and my coffee is prepared by Chancey she's awesome thanks Chancey ❤️ 😘

The people working here always have a great attitude the Red Bull frappe is one of the best morning drinks I've had after a while you get tired of just coffee 10 out of 10 would recommend

To start ,I love Pinned. But this time I went the girl had no idea how to make a cappuccino. I asked for it to be dry. When I received it it was just a breve. There was no foam at all with a ton of milk. I took it back and told her what the problem was. Her response was, "i didnt know what you wanted". Instead of asking what a dry cappuccino is, she just made a drink. The second drink was the same thing as the first. Not a cappuccino. I still love Pinned, and i know it's difficult to find people that want to work these days but the people should be experienced enough to know how to make the most basic drink in all the land. She was very sweet and made my drink twice. So i thank her for that. This is not an attack on her. Maybe her training was just lacking?
I consider that they can improve the customer service. I think that the person who is in the counter always have a lot of work. it's very stressful every time I go. The products look pretty good. Improve in customer service.
Asked for their favorite fall drink and got a yummy pumpkin latte. Close, fast, and very friendly.
I broke up with Starbuck's for this place! I Love, love, love their Dirty Chai! The Red Bull Frappe' is wonderful as well! I wish there were more locations.
