This is one of my favorite local coffee shops. Very pleasant staff, yummy lattes or coffee, and I always eat the feta quiche or scones. Such a great chill vibe! No WiFi so that you can talk to people instead, love that 😊
I have had coffee all over the country. This is the best combination of menu, coffee quality, and atmosphere, I’ve ever experienced. The. Best.
Favorite coffee shop in town. They are consistently busy and they deserve it. Outdoor seating. Indoor workspace. Never annoying music. Drinks always great and all food made fresh in house. Highly recommend caprese sandwich or quiche. Top notch.
The chocolate cake was terrible. Couldn't even finish it. I will say the cinnamon roll was really good. But was ruined by the watered down coffee. I've had better iced coffee at McDonald's.
The food was amazing, but unfortunately the bread that we ordered to accompany our meals wasvvery dry. They did replace it and it was very good although, it was toasted a little too much.
One of the best coffee shops in the valley, their line is usually long in the morning but it moves quick. The prices are affordable and their lattes are fantastic and the bakery items taste as good as they look.
Visited this cute coffee shop while on a trip. I would come back in a heartbeat! Super friendly staff, quick service, and everything was absolutely delicious! 5/5 stars!
Had a strawberry latte with oatmilk and a sesame chocolate chip cookie 🍪..very chill . Right across from me yet first time here ..will be back with a book next time
The place is fine, their pastries and coffee are pretty mediocre. And the place is quite expensive. But I like there location. I usually get the scone and a chai latte. There’s nothing I don’t recommend, but there is also nothing that really stood out to me. If you’re in the area you should give a visit. If not, I don’t recommend taking the time to visit.
Always a great experience! Love the vibe and coffee!
Favorite coffee spot in all of Salt Lake. Coffee made perfectly, service is fast and accurate, outdoor seating with heaters AND the best croissants.
The food was filling, though nothing amazing. The coffee was delicious. The staff was very kind and considerate, though they tend to be quiet when calling out orders that are finished.
She cute but not really my scene. Nice place. Decent menu but not chill at all. It was Sunday morning at 11. Soooo busy. Filled to the gills with college students. Service was prompt but there was not a single place to sit. Many of the tables (1/3 to 1/2) were being taken by people by themselves so that ate up a lot of the space. Also, parking in this area (9th & 9th), in general, is pathetic. You might be lucky to find a spot behind the building. If not, you’re probably gonna be hoofing it.
Great food. Wonderful service. BEST coffee!
I go here often, and I can't really put my finger on it, but this place has a funky atmosphere. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad, but it's always just funky. They use Cafe Ibis coffee which is a personal favorite of mine, but the coffee doesn't always taste the way I expect it too? Sometimes a little bit burnt tasting? The Chai is too diluted with milk, you can't really taste it's full flavor. Staff are always really cool though!! I love interacting with them! This place is also a childhood favorite, I used to come here on weekends with my mom.
It was great. Great ambience. Good coffee. One can work there. Read a magazine. Solve crossword. Fun.
Always great service from friendly staff, this coffee shop has got good vibes and most of all, coffee done right. I would say, best coffee around Salt Lake is made right here ☕
Lively atmosphere, fast service, delicious baked goods and excellent coffee. A great place to stop in for a quick snack or to relax among friendly people. First dates here end well 😏
I really do love this place, been coming here for years and has a lot of sentimental value to me. The employees are always friendly and do not hesitate to compliment or create a genuine relationship. But I will say, I do miss the later hours. Especially in the summer, that patio is magical and watching a sunset at Coffee Garden during the summer is ethereal. I hope to experience that again someday.
Probably the most iconic SLC cafe, and still saturated with character, maintaining well despite decades of gentrification in the neighborhood. I share some nostalgia for the old location across the street, the plants, couch, etc, (NOT the bathroom), but the soul is still here. Also convenient you can walk next door to get mormon temple shot glasses and lube.
