Delicious! Ordered Matcha latte, latte (oat milk + brown sugar syrup) and coffee cake (cinnamon flavor). Coffee cake was moist and not too sweet, goes well with latte. Wonderful cafe.

This coffee shop used to be my favorites in SLC, I would usually buy a bag of beans to brew at home. But the last 5-6 bags of beans I have bought, over the span of the last six months have been absolutely awful and have been way over roasted and burnt and bitter. I will not be coming here again, such a shame.

Blue Copper serves a quality, delicious latte. My drink this morning cost $4.58 with tax. I believe that's cheaper than Starbucks so this is a no-brainer for me. I'll look forward to sitting on their patio when the temps increase. Note: not a ton of seats inside, so if you're looking for a place to work from either arrive early or plan on working from a countertop with stools / no outlet.

I recently visited Blue Copper Coffee Room in SLC and I have to say, I was blown away by their delicious ice mocha! It was the perfect blend of rich, creamy chocolate and smooth, refreshing coffee. Not to mention, the service was exceptional - the baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options for individuals or groups. The decor was tasteful and stylish, without feeling pretentious or overwhelming. Overall, I can't recommend Blue Copper Coffee Room enough. If you're looking for a top-notch coffee experience in SLC, this is the place to be. Five stars all around!

I updated this from 4 to 5. I hadn’t been here in a while. Coffee is amazing. Relaxed, clean and cozy aesthetics. The apple coffee cake should be famous if it isn’t already. I got ice machiatto with vanilla

Probably my favorite espresso drinks in SLC. Nice room, too. Baristas suffer from just the right degree of ennui.

Great coffee, at affordable prices! Really fun ambiance, and service is great as well. The place in general is a little bit cramped, so maybe don't count on finding a seat every time you go, but especially during the summer, the patio is great, and there's lots of good walking nearby. The interior, though, is gorgeous, and if you do manage to find a seat, you won't want to leave it all day 😁

I drink my coffee black so my palette typically discerns between quality coffee or lack thereof. Blue Copper's coffee is legit! I had their Costa Rican brew and the House Blend. Both were excellent. I also enjoyed a slice of their cinnamon coffee cake. To die for. Looking forward to coming here more often!

Small shop and quaint. While visiting from out of town, came for beans and a coffee at the suggestion of friends for authentic and boutique coffee. While the beans have been ok, they are over roasted and lack the typical Ethiopian profile. The big red flag? No pour over offered in the shop, but they sell all the best in class equipment. What’s the point of espresso only? Will try other SLC shops next time but as of now, perhaps my standards are too high.

One of my favorite stops for a latte. The staff are always friendly but they are also really skilled baristas. The coffee is great and there’s no bitterness in their espresso blend. I love the pastries too. All great portions and really stand out flavors. The ginger cookie is great but the chocolate chip is really nice as well.

Cozy atmosphere with great coffee. Inside space feels a bit tight, but there is outside seating as well.

First visited in 2017 driving from Omaha to my hometown in California. I have visited them for coffee every time I pass through Salt Lake since (approx 5 times).

Found this place by accident and loved it! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee was great and helped fuel my day. Check them out! They even have a happy hour on Wednesday for in store orders.
