I ordered a small coffee and a muffin. I got a large room temperature coffee and no muffin. While I was waiting one of the espresso machines started smoking from burning plastic. Asked about the muffin, got it, it was cold and stale. This place needs new management I think, something is really not clicking. It was not overly expensive anyway. The workers seemed kind of checked out but not unfriendly and not more than anyone else at the airport honestly

Ham & cheese croissant is burned, and about half the size compared to at other places. It's definitely not worth the money! Dine in pretty much non existing with a very small narrow counter.

Line wasn’t crazy long. Ordered a small iced americano. She accidentally made it hot then poured the hot americano over a large cup of ice. It was super watered down and not great. Also ordered a turkey Swiss and avocado sandwich. It had one slice of turkey on it and a thin spread of mashed avocado. Not worth the almost $8 I don’t like Starbucks but would have preferred it to this.

For $15 for breakfast (taco and coffee) I expected it to be a little better. English is a strong barrier for these employees too so no one ever knew whose was whose when they called for it

Only ordered a hot coffee, which was a bit bitter but some sugar picked it right up. Line was short and service was quick too!

Enjoyed a nice little stop here in salt lake as I venture back home to AK! Beans and Brew has a nice croissant sandwich. Stop by sometime.

They messed up every drink we ordered. We ordered two crème based drinks and they made them with espresso. Even when I showed them their website saying they make that drink. We asked for no whip crème on the vanilla frappe and they still put whip crème. I asked for a cold brew and was given a hot drink.

The coffee was good. The service was not so good. There were 3 people on duty (besides cashier) and no line. Still none of them attended my order until I asked for. There were no price tags on pastries. Cashier was nice and polite though but she did not know the prices until she entered them into the system.

Much better than a Starbucks coffee. The staff were so friendly and recommended with good knowledge. I had their caramel latte and wow was it worth it. Must try.

Would give zero stars if I could. Been there a few times now and every time they claim they can only make a few of their drinks and everything else is "not able to be made right now." Go to Starbucks

Stood in line for 10 minutes - no movement. Two cashiers were present, but only one was doing their job. The one standing around was wearing a shirt that said “who cares?” - fitting… With only 4 people in line in front of me, the total experience took 23 minutes. If you’re running short on time - which most people are in an airport - go somewhere else.

There was a long line of beans and bruised coffee house at the Salt Lake City airport. Longer than Starbucks! I ordered a latte and a bacon and egg sandwich. The sandwich was kind of flat, like it was pressed together, but tasted good. The coffee is good too. They do offer a 24 oz which is huge for a coffee! Overall for a airport restaurant not too bad.

Coming from the South to the Pacific Northwest can be stressful when you have food allergies. This place has plant based whole foods as well as coffee. They got my order out within 5 minutes with a whole line of people. They were as functional as clockwork. I am so glad I can rely on them for great food and coffee!
