Meh... it was alright ice cream. Not too dense. It was cold, and it checks that box. Texture was good and chewy, but the flavors were lacking in something...
Fast friendly service, lots of options
I wish they offered a sugar free option so I could enjoy a treat with my family. They, however, were very happy with their ice cream.
I don’t usually put poor reviews but this is well deserved. First off, I would’ve given 1 star, but it was the absolute worst customer service and staff I’ve ever encountered, (rude high school kids,), talking bad with the window opened to hear their terrible mouths and bullying customers. Way over priced!!! Staff had immediate attitude just for asking a question on their menu!!! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!!!
Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The dipped waffle bowls taste better than they look and they're beautiful. You should try the fudge brownie with cheesecake bites and a dipped bowl with nuts.
$25.00 for 4 ice creams that were just a big melted mess! Haven’t been here for a while, not impressed.
We were pretty let down with this place. The ice cream didn’t have flavor and the waffle cone was extremely stale and tasted awful. Everything just tasted old

Went in some time last week wanted a gallon of amaretto with cherry mix in the kid ALEX helped us and was very disappointed did a poor job doin the mix in and only filled it up half way but he sure did charge full price for the gallon when he only filled it up half way went in last nite same kid ALEX wanted 1 gallons they were out of gallon containers so he used different size containers to equal the gallon but charged us for each container he used paid $50 for this not to happy when he helps me 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Ice cream barely had any flavor and was sticky. It didn’t seem to be very well kept on the inside of the shop either. Pictures looked promising but very let down once we arrived.

My fiance went in on a whim on 7/30 around 8:30pm. Upon approaching the counter we weren't greeted or even talked to by the young man working. There was no line. We both ordered simple cups with a couple mix-ins. My cup was mint with brownie. Let me tell you, the ice cream was so melted, it was like soup. I got it in a flimsy bowl and it was melting over the edges. If it were in a cup, I could have pretended it was a milkshake. Not to mention, the ice cream itself has very little flavor. I mostly tasted milk and sugar. At $7 per person, I kind of expected higher quality. Overall, it was just ok. I like to support small local businesses, but I probably won't come back.
Ice cream is always great and staff is always friendly. It's always nice and quiet when I go. The half cup with praline ice cream and cheesecake bite mix-in is the best! 😋
Extremely clean environment and girls were super helpful! Especially with my daughter who didn’t know what she wanted. Both girls were very patient with her so I just wanted to say thank you it means a lot!
The girls were talking more to their co-workers than the customers. It kind of disappointed me. I am Brooke's friend and I was hoping for more enthusiasm.

Got a gallon of ice cream for my family, I only live 2 minutes away from the store, when I got home it wasn’t ice cream it was basically soup. I ordered 2 flavors and only got 1. I waited for the ice cream for a long time and the whole thing was very disappointing!
Staff was nice, waffle cones smelled great (but didn't have one), but 2 out of 5 different flavors we got were a bust. The milk chocolate was solid, the vanilla bean and sweet cream were pretty generic, the sorbet was over sweet, and the mint tasted like scope mouthwash. Overall it was ok. If you want something simple it is a great place to support local business but I wouldn't look too far past chocolate or vanilla.
