The woman taking orders this morning is too fast at her job. She took my sister’s order then ignored me completely to go to the next car. If this is the standard of customer service then Dutch Bros is not for me.
People cutting in front of you is not cool. Do not use the right lane. People in left lane won't let you in. I will never go there again.

I've gotten my coffee here a couple times now when I'm in town and they do a perfect job. I have allergies and I have yet to be concerned with their service. They're great!
They are always on point. I had an energy plam beach drink was excellent choice. The nursing facility staff gets drinks for the staff. The service is always fast and the employees are punctual and polite on big orders.
I love Dutch Bros. This location was incredibly busy when I arrived, probably at least 30 cars in the drive thru, but I was able to get my drinks within 10 minutes. Very fast and good service. The young and who helped me talked to me about Dnd and helped me pick out my drink. You really can't go wrong with Dutch Bros.
Worst location on the entire western half of the US. But, all locations play trash music.
Getting tired of being charged for my "large" coffees and getting smalls. this is the 3rd time it has happened
The staff is nice, but a lot are teenagers that play the music too loud and talk among themselves so the exchange feels like I am interrupting. Even so service is normally fast despite long lines at times.
Stopped by before close everyone was polite and very happy to help. Ordered 4 drinks and they were ready in about 2 mins. Very impressed.

This morning my husband and I went through this Dutch Bros on one of the hardest days of our lives. The staff here noticed that and were sensitive and blessed us. Today they served us more than just coffee but touched us with a kind gesture and compassion That brought tears to our eyes. Thank you for the love. It was a flicker of joy on an otherwise extremely painful day. ❤️
They forgot my whipped topping and cinnamon and nutmeg
Amazing coffee, amazing price on it. Doesn't taste burned like at the Starbucks. The kids working there are real friendly. Never had them mess up an order.
We frequented this location in the past, service is good, orders are accurate, drinks are great but grossly overpriced. $14-$16 for 2 over iced energy drinks, it makes me sad. Taking a step back and really thinking about how much you're being charged for so little is laughable. Even sadder is we typically don't even think twice.
They were not helpful as well snooty. I come here truly do to the kindness they generally provide but this location gets a 1 star tonight. A little disappointed in them. GodBless
Tried the walk up window today and I'll never do that again I order two drinks and the first came out really quickly but I ordered a chai tea that took 20 minutes there were two girls doing hot drinks one wasn't helping at all
Absolutely love everyone here!!! They all help me when I get confused trying new drinks I go here everyday of my work week and I love how great the drinks are and how awesome the people are!! 😁
