We stop here whenever we're in town. Great sandwiches, delicious homemade chips, and legit ice cream. This place has been here for years, and you can see why. Outdoor seating is nice when it's nice!
If you want a healthier choice this is the place! Loved the food! The only suggestion is that the shakes were melted before we got them.

Our family has loved Ideal Dairy for years. They have great ice cream and fun choices. We always coke here when we are in town. They have a dairy-free dessert option (slushies) which is nice when you have someone in your group who can't have dairy.
We always stop by here when going through Richfield. Delicious sandwiches, soups, and of course Ice Cream! You have to try their juice bags too.

Love this place for so many different dishes including their zuppa tuscana and any of their bagel sandwiches! Their ice cream is to die for!
The Ideal Dairy never disappoints!! I would go here for lunch everyday if I could. I always get the sandwich-the taste of real ingredients is there! The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I love the decorations with the cows. There are plenty of things for the kids to look at in the claw or coin machines. They didn’t have punch bags for a while, but I am so glad they came back. The ice cream and slushes are delicious-they even serve spumoni ice cream now, which is a rare flavor. I wish the Ideal Dairy location in Nephi would have been a success.
Fun place to take the family! Punch packs are so cool to try, the food was so yummy, and the service was pretty good. They did get a little busy, but the workers were doing an excellent job managing it and not forgetting about anyone. The ice cream here is divine, it's a tradition for our family to stop by every time we pass through the area.
The food is amazing. Ther customer service is amazing but personallu it is kind of pricey
Amazing!!!!! The ice cream was phenomenal. I got the Santa fe beef panini it was perfect. No downsides just pure deliciousness. Quick and hot. Definitely a must try if in the area.
Disappointed and dangerous. Ordered 4 different flavors of milkshakes. When we got home we realized they had mixed peach, peanut butter, kit kat and brownie all together. Not cool and extremely dangerous since someone in our group has allergies. I called and talked to the manager explaining that it is dangerous to mix all the flavors together when I didn't ask for that. He told me thats what I ordered and it was my fault. Who puts peach with all those flavors. Manager said that maybe next time I should not come and find a new place to go next time. Hung up on me. I was not asking for a refund nothing but informing but they way they treat me was so rude. This happened jan 19, 2023.
My spouse ordered peach, reeses, kit Kat, and brownie shakes. We got one of the grossest conglomerates imaginable back. Instead of 4 different flavored shakes, we got 4 shakes with the 4 flavors combined. They were awful, my kids were not interested and I tried one and a brownie bite with peach goo made me gag. My spouse called to let them know and the manager was a dismissive, rude, jerk. Told her it was her fault. No one orders 4 shakes with 4 flavors mixed. If they really felt that is what they wanted, they should have politely confirmed. Most places will also charge for extra flavors so their policy of mixing everything is far from industry standard. So if you order more than one different flavor shake I guess you have to explain that you want separately flavored shakes, because common sense is a virtue lacking. I used to like the place, but had to delete my prior positive review after the way they treated my spouse during the call. Of note my spose was not asking and did not want a refund or even an edible replacement, just letting them know of the disgusting and unsafe creation they provided. One of my family has celiacs so them combining the KitKat, which has gluten, was dietary issue. Luckily not a life threatening allergy but if my child had a severe peanut allergy the reeses could have been a severe issue.
great food gourmet sandwiches and soups at reasonable prices. ice cream is out of this world tasty. was on a business trip and this was the highlight of my Stay…. ate there for lunch two days in a row. hidden gem for sure. Try the old fashion root beer!!
I grew up in Richfield and would always come here for ice cream and punch bags, their paninis are chefs kiss. I moved to phoenix 2 years ago and came back to visit today, and got the Turkey Pesto Panini. I didn't realize what my taste buds were missing lol we love the dairy and will always stop here when in town!
Good savory options and good ice cream. Your mind won't be blown but you won't be disappointed. It's always clean.

I love this place and I'm really quite small town in Utah. The food is fresh to order, the service is quite friendly and the atmosphere is so quaint.
I've been through the drive through, nothing special. They were courteous not real friendly but not rude either. A little overpriced, for that you would think you could choose the flavor of the syrup going on your Sunday, even McDonald's gives you two choices for they're dollar Sunday. I'd go there only if I was too lazy to make my own.
