I came in on April 11 around 4 and I went in and the bell rang but no one came out for like 5 mins and then a girl finally came out to do something and she was being very sassy talking back please discuss this with your employees
Went here on a first date, and I've gotta say the guy picked a good spot. So guys if you're looking for a place to take a girl, this may just be it. The ice cream is delicious and the loft looking out to the street below sets the scene for making a good impression.
Hi!! I visited this location and it was great service and super tasty ice cream! I plan on going every time I visit Provo. I’m honestly craving some right now! I suggest getting some vanilla classic liquid nitrogen ice cream with Oreo. Yummy! I work for crumbl & these people know how to do it right! :)
We got to this location pretty often. On our recent visit the guy working was super sweet to my family, and did our 6 different orders super fast.
Not Celiac Friendly! Just want to put that out there. They sprayed down the bowl and wiped it out and tried to use clean scoops and paddle mixers. Despite all this we got hit hard with gluten. Honestly, it’s probably just not possible to ensure that all gluten is removed from their metal bowls. Otherwise, the staff was great and tried their best to help us out with our celiac and other allergies. The ice cream is also amazing quality and fun to eat.
When I first walk in I was greeted by dahlia her smile just brighten up my day I got the choc brownie it was shaped like a heart it was so cute
I love zub zero and I'm sad that there aren't other locations. We love the service here and the ice cream is always so good! The staff is very friendly. Tom, I believe is his name, is especially welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend.
Watching them make your food from liquid is almost as good as it tastes. Friendly and clean establishment that has some tasty treats.
Great ice cream! Tastes like dippin dots almost which are the best! Really enjoyed watching them make it right in front of my eyes! Science rules! Pro tip - check out their loft it is a really nice spot that is very cozy and has a piano.
I really liked this place for a long time but I went to get an Italian ice and the lady was so rude and gave me almost nothing for add on and they are almost a dollar each for less than a tsp of fruit or nuts…. And the worst part is that it just tasted like water and she poured half of the liquid so I have the a mini blob of water with add ons just sprinkled here and there and it was both of the ice creams i got not just one
I didn't really like the product. The flavor was alright. I just didn't care for the consistency. The service was fine. The price was high.
This place was okay. The nitrogen was pretty cool to watch but it took them three tries to get my order right and that was annoying. I think it has good pricing, and good customer service when you have a concern or need though.
The ice cream was PHENOMENAL, but just about everything else about that place was just not great. It wasn't very clean, smelled a little bit, and they staff were pretty standoffish. Again, great Ice Cream though!!
Seriously unique and absolutely worth a visit. My only gripe is this: on a busy Thursday, I dropped by this city on a road trip, and came to this store. It was very busy and a cool experience, but you GOTTA have more people on the floor at once. It was two people (who crushed it really, but they looked stressed as can be) and I just believe that the place would be more welcoming if there were more hands on deck.
Tom is AMAZING! All of the staff are but truly I’ve been here more than I care to share in the last couple months and every time he is SO NICE, fun, helpful! Etc! Love subzero!
Most tasteless vegan ice cream I have ever had. Wish I had a better experience to report, but we literally just threw it away
Woah! I thought the liquid nitrogen thing sounded like a fun gimmick so I wanted to give them a try, I didn't realize it would completely change the feel of the ice cream. It was ridiculously creamy. It also lasted the whole time without melting even though it was kinda toasty inside. The line was short but moved pretty slow, I'd probably bail if I ever saw a line 5+ people deep. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the hand dryer in the men's room. It's plugged in right under the airflow. Y'know, where all the water is going. The outlet had a GFCI, so it's probably perfectly safe, but it really doesn't look right.
