Usually love kneaders and all they do. This time the service was lacking and the brownies were hard and crunchy.
They shouldn’t be called kneaders, they don’t even taste good, bad service, no omelets, we ordered two sandwiches and the bread had black hair, I didn’t even want to finish my food. Terrible terrible !
I ordered a takeout classic turkey sandwich today. I made it clear it was to go... and I wouldn't be eating it right away.... so I wanted all sauces on the side. All sauces were on the side. The sandwich was perfectly prepared. YAY! I asked for two portions of cranberry sauce on the side..... and this is why I am posting this review from my bathroom. The cranberry sauce is/was rancid. Pro tip? Don't tell yourself it's fine.... and try to ignore the spiciness of bacteria feces/food stored at the wrong temperature. I did this for 1/4 of an otherwise **DELICIOUS** sandwich. (It's a brutal path, my friends!) You'll end up in your bathroom. Reviewing a restaurant you used to love.
Delicious pastries. Typically a longer wait to get in. I always feel like it's an overpriced for what you get but comes in handy when you need a pastry
Employees watched while at 7:10 I tried the drive through, tried to walk in, and pretended like they didn’t see me. If you are going to post online and on your window that you are open at 7, then open at 7. It’s ridiculous that I had people sitting there watching me try to get in and they pretended not to see me! Never going to this location again!
Waste of time. Literally doesn't matter if I come at 6pm or 2 in the afternoon they never have almond croissants and now they couldn't make smoothies either. I'll just drive to the one far away from me instead.
Visited with friends here for two hours today. The tables around us remained filthy and no sign of any employees taking care of things. The dining room was FREEZING. I had to run to the car to get my winter coat. At the end of our visit I used the rest room. The one on the left did not have a locking door. 😳 The well used toilet on the right was…Nasty! The toilet rocked around and sounded like it was not attached another. It kept running constantly. There were paper towels everywhere. I wish I’d taken a picture. If you take it to go, the food looks good and is mediocre. Nothing special here.
ALWAYS out of bread bowls. And the service has been so short and non-friendly at the drive through. I have yet to come in and feel welcomed. The one star is for the food you do get being good quality. But they are always out of something so just prepared to make adjustments.
There’s really not anything wrong with this kneaders, but the Orem location on 2000 N is like 10x better, like it’s insane how different they are.
I love Kneaders but can't stand this location. I've been ignored while waiting to order in the drive through multiple times, the wait is always really long, you can clearly see employees standing around chatting, and they've messed up my order repeatedly. The employees truly seem like they are there to talk with each other and couldn't care less about helping customers. Today I went and the people in front of me in the drive through had to start knocking on the window to the building because the employees wouldn't help them. It's ridiculous.
I have never left a negative review before, but we were in a line of cars, and when we got to the menu, we were ignored for over 15 minutes. I assumed the machine was just broken. We got to the window and proceeded to be ignored by the employees who were all on their phones for another 15 minutes
The food was normal Kneader’s quality, but the service was not great. The man who took our order clearly didn’t want to be there. He was short with us, and made the experience uncomfortable. I don’t hold this against Kneader’s in general, but I’ve experienced poor service many times in this location.

***we went in and the manager made it right! Perfect turkey bacon avocado sandwich EITH turkey this time*** Usually love this place! I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with added cranberry sauce and potato bacon soup. I just had surgery at the hospital and was STARVING. I get home to eat and there isn’t any turkey on my sandwich. Like zero turkey. And they won’t answer their phone. I’ve tried calling 8 times so far. The biggest problem is that I can’t even go down there to have them fix it because I can’t drive for 12 hours after sedation and my husband went back to work. Super disappointing. The soup was really good though.
I spent 5$ on a piece of cheese cake, and it was smaller than my will to make it through finals. Might as well spend the extra $3 and get a decent slice from Cheesecake Factory!
Honestly, I hate leaving bad reviews, but seriously man this place needs some help with his customer service. Each time I go here the employees are straight up rude, get mad at me for asking for a smoothie, and are literally silent when you try and talk with them. I love kneaders I just wish they would teach their employees to respect customers.
Kneaders as a chain in great but this location is lacking. I’ve come Multiple times only to find that most of the menu is unavailable and the food I do get is not well made. Super disappointing
Lady at the register was extremely rude. Came in to get desserts, after 8:30 they are half off. I know this because I literally work at kneaders. She kept denying it and had a terrible attitude. To top it off the desserts were stale and gross
Kneaders as a chain is really good. This location has that same food, but is significantly more absent-minded about it. I rarely leave this location without some mistake being made. I don't blame the employees, they are just local college students trying to earn an honest wage. If you want kneaders, it's probably worth the drive to a better maintained location.
This was the worst sandwich I’ve had since that I was a kid getting free lunches in school. One tiny piece of avacado, thin flimsy raw bread that doesn’t even hold the 3 things they didn’t forget to put in, the lettuce is brown with unidentifiable patches of Lord knows what. I’m genuinely wondering if the person who made this could be PAID to eat this. How was this 10 dollars lol
