Traveled from California stopped by best coffee! Fast and friendly service. Coffee was amazing so many different drinks! Jimmys cup is a signature drink!

I used to go here all the time because I work right down the road but over the last 6-9 months there’s been a new employee taking orders through the drive through, every experience I’ve had with him hasn’t been very pleasant. He gets annoyed when I ask questions about sizes and things, the last time I went he asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I politely said “no I’m ok” it always feels awkward when businesses ask if you want to leave a tip but I was trying to nicely say that I didn’t want to and he snapped back at me with “next time you need to just say no.” As a coffee shop, employees there are one of the first people that some people see in the morning, his bad attitude started my day off badly and made me quite angry. I will no longer be going there to get coffee due to their angry employees. Unprofessional and the owner just wants to argue with you instead of taking responsibility

Love this place usually, but there is an employee some mornings that has no customer service. I went through the drive thru this morning and got a drip coffee, and the guy asked if I wanted to leave a tip (asking for a tip for drive thru? and all I got was a drip coffee?) So I politely said “No I’m okay.” And he looked at me confused and said “No you’re okay you will leave a tip? Or no tip?” so I said “No tip”. He responds with “Okay you just need to say no next time” in an upset tone. I was so confused, so I politely said thank you and left. They just need to stop asking for tips through drive thru it’s so uncomfortable. Probably won’t come here anymore, ruined my morning. Too bad also because there is another server who is an absolute delight and remembers my orders even when I haven’t been in weeks. On to the next though.

This is my favorite place to stop in the morning for my go-to caffeine run. Their Meltdown is the perfect amount of flavor and caffeine to keep me going for my workday. The people that work here have great attitudes and a smile for everyone they meet. 10 out 10 would recommend!

I recommend never going to this place or they make some changes. I was in an emergency situation and I asked them politely if I could jump on there guest wifi. They told me I had to buy something. I told them that no problem but my emergency is my car was running out of gas and I needed to transfer money. Then I could buy something. The short stuby man with the grey beard was being rude and smug about it. I would recommend retraining your staff. I dont want to penalize the owners so I am going to give you a chance to have him apologize. If he does I will change to a better rating. If not I will be keeping my star rating to a one with more reviews to follow. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I offered to pay. All I had to do was make a simple transfer then I would of bought something. I told you that and you still refused to help me. If we are close minded and dont offer people simple help with resources that are simply avalible then who are we as humans. I would never in a million years act the way you did. If someone approached me needing help I would do what I can to help. Not sit there and be smug about. I would like to see your company stake a step further and remove your security password and offer free wifi. Who cares if people get on your network. The people that jump on clearly need the help. Starbucks offers it.

I stopped in because the coffee at the convention center is truly awful and this place is only a block away. Staff was friendly and fast, coffee was delicious. Highly recommended.
