Great food, I think they sealioned or fired my favorite server for being trans, so massive L
First time visiting. It was good food, service, fun, and exciting. The only negative work mentioning was they were out of a lot of menu items. I would visit here again.
Fun place to play games. You pay $5 to enter and you can buy food.
I love the idea of this place, but the last time I came with a group of friends was very disappointing. The prices of everything are way too high for what’s supposed to be a chill place to snack and play games. The portion sizes seem smaller than before as well, which was disappointing. Cameron, our waiter, was very chill, but overall I wish the experience had been better. The snack bowls are my favorite thing to order but they were out of a lot of the choices.
Food seems a bit on the expensive side for the quality/quantity you get. We also had our food arrive at basically room temperature. Staff is friendly but i probably wouldnt come back here myself.
Burger was good, everything else was terrible, including and foremost, the waiter. Our table was literally pushing against our stomachs (not overweight people) We asked Cameron if our party of 4 could sit in one of the couch rooms instead so we could eat and play and he said maybe if we are still there after 3 hours and a larger group doesn't need it... Didn't seem to care that half their menu was unavailable and just laughed it off. Ok.. but then by the third time he had to come back to our table to inform us they were out of an item we ordered we asked if they would at least comp our "board game fees". His response, "Why?" Well, you wouldn't wouldn't let us sit somewhere else and have nothing on your menu we want. Reacted mockingly like we were overreacting.... Never refilled our drinks. He spilled fry sauce all over my wife and sons shoes and legs. We should've just left at the start but he had already brought our drink orders by that point and I didn't want to disappoint my wife who really wanted to play board games for Mother's Day. Needless to say, she was still so disappointed. Nothing comped. No parting apology. What a jerk and not a manager in site.
I came here a year ago with my friends and loved it but I got to say I was disappointed when I came recently. I remember they used to have much larger portions of food and it used to be cheaper. The new prices are seriously outrageous. The only thing they still have going for them are the little snack bowls they give out, it's so fun to snack on things while you play the games.
Andrew was our server, I expressed while trying to order a salad that I needed to know if the dressing was gluten free. He nonchalantly said he didn’t know, so I had to press that I needed to know so I wouldn’t get sick. He said he’d go back and ask. I expected to hear a follow up and saw him pass us several times with no attempt to inform me, I figured this meant the dressing was GF so no need to update. When our food came out he sat a salad in front of me and said “the dressing wasn’t gluten free.” And walked away. I was a bit taken aback because I would’ve liked the opportunity to make a decision on the meal I’m paying for if a key component of it was against my dietary restrictions, or was at the very least informed by my server of alternative dressing options. On top of that, the salad was topped with a heaping pile of croutons (very much not GF). I’d missed this on the menu and felt baffled that the server that was very aware I had concerns about gluten didn’t inform me the salad came with croutons, didn’t try to assist in the kitchen by informing them the salad needed to be GF, etc etc Not in the mood to make a fuss, I sat there, picked off the 10+ croutons, and ate a dry pile of lettuce. I’d suggest training your wait staff to be more responsible and helpful to paying customers with dietary restrictions.
Our server Isaac was AMAZING! The food portion sizes were really small for how much we paid and some of the games were sticky and not playable.
Isaac was absolutely AMAZING! He made my experience 1000x better! Unfortunately the food was in super small portions and overly prices. And that’s why I had to give a 1 star review. But give Issac a raise HES AWESOME!!
Loved our server Issac he was so accommodating and kind he was absolutely fantastic at helping us even after we spilled an entire cup of Dr pepper on the floor. Like for real I would leave a five star review just for him. But the portion sizes were small and the prices were were way too high for the small amounts of food. So change that please and GIVE ISSAC A RAISE!!!
Isaac our waiter was amazing he was hilarious and so much fun! But the food was expensive, and not very good compared to the price, and the food portion was small.
Our server was absolutely amazing! Issac is the best! The issue was the portions. Very small portions and not as much food as i was expecting. Prices are too high, and your workers are incredible and i hope they’re getting paid very well. Our server Issac made the experience so much better but still good move cafe is not the move you should make for good food.
Isaac was just the best and he was so fun and nice. It was a great place to go but the portion sizes where too small and too expensive. It also seems that the workers don’t get payed enough even though they look like they love there job. Isaac was the best person ever and deserves a raise!!!!
Bro Isaac was literally the best server, he was so fun and was joking with us all night! Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had. But, portion sizes were pretty small and it was surprisingly expensive. Also, the board game idea is sick!
Isaac was an absolutely amazing waiter he helped us in every way possible, however the portion sizing aren’t worth the value, prices are too high, and they’re underpaying their workers. Isaac helped us so much but i can already tell that something was off, hope they treat their employees better.
Had a great server but the portions were small and over priced. Servers are paid too little and are overworked. Great game selection at least.
Staff was phenomenal and friendly. Service was great. However, everything was under portioned and overpriced. Hopefully their corporate gets things back to the way they were. As the staff is overworked and underpaid.
Ok, so this is a really hard to post because I rarely leave 1 star reviews... but it needs to be said... We ordered a appetizer and 4 entrees and all of them were very underwhelming. But the fish was terrible. We couldn't eat it. It was only one fish stick and for the price we paid it was scaley and chewing and it literally was not edible. The other meals were a burger, sandwich and chicken strips. They were fine, but not worth the cost. The staff was good but we did feel like they were bit frustrated with our complaints because they understood and we weren't the only ones complaining. So, games were fun, atmosphere was good, staff seemed overwhelmed and under paid and the food was horrible and overpriced.
Was fun at first, but the staff was not to helpful at some times, because of the horrible pay they are given. They have enthusiasm, but they seem to be aware about the horrible pay and it doesn’t really help the atmosphere of the environment
