I had the most amazing experience at Dutch today thanks to the fantastic service from Carlie and Matt!!!!! They went above and beyond to make sure my drink was perfect and that I was always smiling 😁. Carlie and Matt were like coffee superheroes, swooping in to save my day with their friendly banter and expert drink-making skills. They took the time to ask me about my day, and even shared a few laughs with me while I waited for my drink. I can't recommend these two enough – they truly made my day! Sometimes the lines are long, but they bust their butts to be outside in all weather to take orders while you wait so when you hit the window you just grab and go. App is easy to use and efficient.
First place I have found that has a good enough caramel macchiato I don't have to add anything to it. It's delicious! However I did ask for it to be hot and was given it blended.
