The waffles are so good! I had the Primitive Waffle sandwich. Super good. Great and friendly service! Parowan, Utah. Stop in and try it out, you won’t be disappointed. Good coffee too….
I wish I could say I actually got to try my sandwich. But I did not, stopped in this morning with a friend and we ordered two of the waffle sandwiches “the Hunter” left to go park and eat, mine had a hair in it so I took it back. My friend’s breakfast was fine and she ate it and said that it was very delicious. Bummed I missed out and sadly even though they offered to remake it I had lost my appetite and was just disappointed.
How is this uptown gig in this tiny town?! What a great place! Best food in the Parowan/Brianhead area.
This place is such a treat to parowan the staff is actually absolutely accommodating and kind their food is absolutely wonderful you working in the decorations and atmosphere has got such a cool hippie great frequency vibe I will be going back there a lot PS the tree climber coffee is the best
This little spot is pure magic! This was my first visit and I have to say I was totally impressed with the flavor and service. High quality ingredients and unique flair! I got the baked potato soup, and a Tenacious G half sandwich. Bonus, delicious pickle chips and carrot sticks came with the lunch special.
Update: still amazing and I'm so grateful they're in Parowan so I can stop by often! Fantastic baked goods that change weekly and I mentioned how much I miss orange Julius and the barista made a copycat versiom that is PERFECTION!! Great almond flour gluten free waffles. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My family is looking forward to going back soon. The Primitive Waffle sandwich was made with two thick slices of ham (turkey was an option) and tons of fresh veggies. I'm craving it again already. My kids had the Halfling (pb&j) kids meal and the Gatherer (a fruit laden waffle) kids meal and ate every bite. If you have a chance stop in. They also have a bunch of gf baked goods that are awesome. My son ate his so fast I barely snagged a picture! This is a wonderful, clean, welcoming restaurant with awesome specials, fantastic staff, and all of my support. We visit often and are grateful to have them so close. Depending on who you talk to, you'll get a different recommendation of the "very best" menu items, but really you just can't go wrong. They're amazing. Their food is amazing. The barista/front of house people are creative and always smiling and friendly. I would give individual shout outs, but honeslty, they're all just fabulous. Whether you're gluten free or not you'll end up with an awesome, filling meal I'm certain you'll love!
Everything is gluten free and they have vegan options! Super on top of dietary restrictions vegan waffles are even cooked in a separate space than the gluten free waffles to avoid butter getting on them
This place was so great! We stopped here on the way to ski and the food was great, there were games for the kids, and the workers/owner were wonderful. I had the goat cheese sandwich after the staff recommended it and loved it. Others had a waffle with heaps of berries or the hunter sandwich and liked it as well. Lots of healthy options. We decided to try this place because of the reviews and lack of other options in the area. It's definitely worth it but it's a little hard to find. No big sign off the main road, which Google made us think it was on but it's actually in a small parking lot off the main road

Highly recommended gluten free experience! Super delicious waffles, I got a waffle sandwich, it was delicious. We came in about 35 minutes til they closed, they advised us they ran out of batter, informed us that our food would be a bit longer because they would make a fresh batch, which we appreciated them letting us know. Will come back for sure.
Our breakfast was so delicious! The Bacon is perfect, the waffles heavenly and the service and atmosphere was great

I came in today (2nd time in) to grab some quick lunch to take back up the mountain (near Panguitch) with me. When the gal asked what meats I wanted, I said ALL of them and I wasn't kidding. The result did NOT disappoint, though it was quite difficult to not make a mess eating this thing while driving 80mph down I-15! Great friendly service as well and I know because I own a restaurant and a cafe' in Panguitch! I'll be back! SUA SPONTE!
Fantastic food! Great coffee! And delicious sweet treats! The Tenacious G is one of my favorites for breakfast/brunch. The Tuscany Sun is a great sandwich for lunch! Awesome people working here and super friendly!
Primitive waffle is the perfect place to stop by if you are headed to brian head! The food was absolutely amazing, perfect flavor and came quick for how busy they were. All the food is gluten free so it’s perfect for those with allergies and it is at no extra cost. All the waffles are around $9-11. My only complaint is that they are not open everyday, but maybe one day!
Such a good vibe with even better food! Super fresh taste with an infinite menu. Very friendly staff! Definitely on my list when I’m back in town!
Hey guys, I don't usually do reviews of restaurants but I had to do one for this place. This place is awesome, great food, great service and very cozy, its a place you definitely wont want to pass up. I think once you go you will be hooked , I know I am and ill be back. 5 stars hands down

Savory and sweet waffles. Small, adorable place. The food is fantastic. Dining area and restroom is clean. Kid area to color or read. Two small couches to sit and drink your latte.
