Incredibly long waits in the mornings. Expect 45 min of standing. It appears DoorDash has priority over walk in customers. In addition they have stopped carrying the large orange juice cups. Excellent food but clearly has staffing or limited payroll to meet stores demand.
For some reason at this Einstein location you do not feel welcome when you walk in. Several times upon picking up my order not one employees says hello or even smiles at you. They just stand behind the counter staring at you, looking like they don’t want you there. It’s a very weird environment.
Great Location! The employees are friendly and the location is clean. I order a Nova Lox toasted every Friday morning, they make it right, every time.
Bagels in a warehouse, anyone?
6 people working front counter and it took 20 minutes to get a single bagel. There were 3 people there when I walked in.
Please include on receipts on doordash orders what and what has drinks ? We need to deliver items according to the customer and what it says on the receipts please
Bagels were so so at this location but the customer service was definitely lacking. our order was messed up we got an order of 13 bagels and asked for four of them to be cut and toasted, they cut and toasted 10 of them not sure how that message got lost we were the first customers of the day and I was pretty clear on what to cut and toast. So I took the bagels back up to the counter informed them of the error and they said they would take care of it. Meanwhile I was eating outside where they could clearly see me and I figured they would prepare the new bagels and bring them out to me at the table since there was literally no other customers in the store. But no, I had to make the effort and head back inside where they had the bagels waiting for me at the counter. Is it too much to ask for in this day and age to ask the rising generation to make a little extra effort especially since they goofed up on the order, the least they could do is bring the right order out to me so I don’t have to be interrupted while I was eating my other bagels. Update (01/30/2023). I was directed to fill out a contact form on their website, which I did. Never heard back from them. They seemed like they were going to try to make things right but seemed to drop the ball in communication somewhere.
Love going to Einstein and never had a problem until today when I ordered a sandwich and received a completely different order? I was the only person there and they called my name for the order. Ordered the bacon, avocado, and egg white sandwich but opened it up when i got home and it was something i’ve never even seen on their menu. Tomato, bacon, spinach and balsamic. I live in Herriman otherwise I would’ve came back. Great service though! Always love the staff
I love Einstein Bros. I just wish there was a drive-thru.
For Asiago cheese, make sure you arrive before 9am... this location frequently runs out of this flavor by 9am. Lots of other flavors run low fast. This is a favorite location for locals.
My bagle was not fully cooked it was doughy and gross, and the bacon was way under cooked
Used to love going here pre-covid...i get it, they had to close the lobby during Covid and only do carry-out...but here we are knocking on the door of 2023 and they lobby is STILL closed. Gone are my days of getting in there early to get my breakfast and get some work done in a booth...at this point I don't know if it is lazy corporate or local management but really is sad to see...
Einstein's always has fantastic bagels, coffee and more. Definitely one of my favorite bagel places. This location was a little strange however as there were no tables or chairs in the majority of the facility to speak of.. so we just ate in the car. Other than that... It was good!
I’ve been going to Einsteins locations since I was a kid and love their bagels and sandwiches. However, every time I’ve been to this location and ordered an egg white sandwich, there’s egg yolk in it. The first time I didn’t check and had an allergic reaction that left me out of order for several days. This time I gave it another try and when I looked at the egg, there the yolk was and I had to give the sandwich away, I did not have the time to go back and ask for a new one, but I also should not have to plan time to do that! They fry a busted egg and call it an egg white. So don’t go in thinking it’s the content of the egg they are talking about, it seems to be how they think the egg is prepared. Needless to say, I specifically go out of my way to order egg whites and that shouldn’t be a problem when it’s literally written on the menu. There needs to be a training and a talk about the risk you guys are taking by saying you’ll serve one thing and then not doing it. You cannot put a “peanuts free” label on a menu item and then serve peanuts in it. You guys are going to cause the death of someone one day. If you have allergies or health conditions that cause you to have a specific diet don’t go here. They don’t care about allergen cross contamination or upholding the print on their menus.
Sometimes it gets very busy (on Sundays), but it's still a great place with kind staff.
If you have $10 to spare it's good.
there is no tables set up for people to sit and eat. i’m pretty sure this is the only place that doesn’t have their tables up at this point. they also take an extremely long time. i’ve been multiple times and it always takes 20 minutes longer than it should to get some bagels ready.
Today was ridiculous! 4 people, who ordered after me, received their orders before me. My order was smaller than a couple of the orders.I waited for 20 minutes while seeing several pass me up. It wasn’t right and I felt discriminated. I was so disappointed. 😔
Popping on a Saturday morning! Super fun atmosphere. The dining room is closed right now (Oct 2022) but there are a few tables outside. Great selection, friendly staff
Always tasty, but there were no tables inside and only 1 outside. Luckily it was available.
