i love the boba here, I’ve made so many memories here. there’s absolutely nothing that can compare to this boba..! if it’s your first time trying boba.. then chat chat has you locked and loaded!
Decent Boba Tea, but certainly not among the better drinks I have tried. The staff was pleasant.
I walked in to the mall and saw this place and thought a boba would be nice. Went to the counter and asked, specifically, for a coconut BOBA. The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted any “toppings”. I declined. I paid my $5 for a medium and went on my way. Upon my first sip, I realized there was no boba in it. I went back to ask and she replied, “I asked you if you wanted a topping.” Since when do boba places refer to boba as a topping and then charge you extra?! I’ll definitely NOT be giving them anymore of my money. That’s ridiculous.

It was my first time here, the staff was super friendly when I asked for a recommendation. I usually prefer a wintermelon drink but that day I was feeling something fruity and without a doubt the staff nailed it. Drink I got: A large strawberry smoothie with aloe jelly
I really enjoyed the boba, but costumer service was rough. As a food service worker I can partially relate, but there was a certain lack of energy that made me uncomfortable. Other than that I’d happily go again as this is some dang-a$$ boba
the drinks are good but the male employee wearing a baseball cap scoffed and rolled his eyes when we asked for the drink to be less sweet when ordering :( (he didn’t make it less sweet) he also was rude when we asked to add a flavor, and charged for it but didn’t do it. I get that food service is hard when it’s busy, but it isn’t cool to be blatantly rude to customers because you’re having a bad day.

I LOVE CHAT CHAT! It's such a nice hang-out spot and I am in love! I probably should've gotten one of their punch cards cause I go there pretty often! 😅 people are nice and service is fast!
Chat Chat Boba is great! Great customer service, friendly staff and awesome boba! Their smoothies are definitely my favorite. 10/10 recommend! 🔥

DELICIOUS! I suggest getting Taro milk tea, wi/popping boba. (I got strawberry) Usually boba tastes gross, depending on the place you get it, but once I went to Chat Chat boba, I found my boba place. 10/10
Absolutely love this place. Best boba I’ve had in Provo/Orem area. Nothing else compares. The first few times I went there was such a long line and the employees were REALLY slow. Like REALLY REALLY slow. But I’m glad I stuck it out because they must’ve hired new people or had some sort of training because they are so fast now and the last few times I’ve gone there wasn’t even a line. The chocolate banana smoothie with the classic boba pearls is my favorite thing in the menu (thus far) Highly highly recommend.
