You’d think one of a coffee house’s top priorities would be to invest in high speed reliable internet. I’d much rather give my business to beans than to Starbucks, but Beans Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible. It’s like teleporting to 1995. If you need to get work done and sip some coffee while you do it, go somewhere else.
Standard coffee shop, standard food, but only okay drinks. It took almost 10 minutes to get my iced cold brew and husband's mocha. I do not recommend the cold brew - very bitter and leaves weird taste in your 👄. I drank 1/4 and had to throw it away.
It was ok, I got two coffees and a bagel. They toasted the bagel which was cool considering how much it was.
I had a relatively good experience here today. I love their product, but the service here was kind of slow. Still, overall, i had a good experience here.
Best coffee on the planet. Great food. Helpful and nice staff. I live near here for 3 years and the moves to MO and it’s the first place I visit when I come back.

I mean they make a mean chai, but barista emj hit it out of the park! She's so sweet and fun and cheerful. Really made the drive thru experience 10/10

It's either really great, or really bad, depending on who's working the shift. It's the priciest coffee in the area, so I wish the quality was more consistent. Seems like a high turnover rate with the Baristas which is most likely the problem. Won't be going back.
So slow!!! I went here to save time since it was closer to my destination but man they took forever for one drink over 15 mins with one car in front of me!! Not worth it. I love beans and brews but this location isn’t it. At all.
Employees are dismissive and rude. Order is wrong almost every time they hand it out.
The staff are amazing and the coffee is better than that huge national chain which shall remain nameless. *cough* starbucks *cough*
Gone to a few beans and brews, and they are incredibly underwhelming. The coffee isn't the worst, but for the price any of the other shops seem to make a better latte.
Xander's customer service was great! Recommendation for white coco with Irish creme coffee was perfect. The avocado with turkey sandwich was good too.
Jack took my order and gave me my drink. They were so kind and had such a thoughtful and poetic way of speaking and I can’t stop thinking about them. They’re the kind of person that makes such a profound impact even in a mundane interaction…I’m pretty sure they’re some kind of fairy. Anyway y’all did great hiring them :))
Love this place. Customer service is very good. Fun place to sit and socialize or work. Music is not disturbingly loud like most coffee shops.
Unfortunately this morning ya'll didn't make the mark... if you don't understand what the customer is ordering when ordering at the menu...or you don't carry an item they are ordering... DO NOT MAKE IT UP OR FAKE IT. There is a huge difference between 1/2 n 1/2 and heavy cream, so trying to pass off one for the other not good... then when I complain and you make a new one you give me a cold drink, that's more than half foam, I ordered a hot coffee! If you Do Not Know coffee or the way it's ordered leam or Don't Work in a coffee Shop.
