What a great restaurant! This is my mother’s favorite restaurant! The food and prices are good, but the service is fabulous! I loved when I brought her here, she’d be greeted by name, with smiles from all. She always wants to sit in Desiree’s, her favorite server, section, who would bring her a cup of coffee & remember what she always orders. But really, every server is great. I can’t wait to visit my mom again & bring her to Criddle’s for breakfast!

No substitutions for folks that don't want carbs... pretty sad! Great waitress though. You'd think they'd care more about customer service in the inflation age. Too bad

Between the waitstaff and the kitchen or both, there seemed to be some confusion about what "eggs over medium" means. Mine were runny. I brought this to the attention of our server. She tried to tell me this is what I ordered. No offer to make it right. Everything else was just okay.

Nothing bad to say. Fast service and the breakfast food is better that you could hope for. Huge scones, giant cinnamon rolls, all round a fabulous place for all-day breakfast!

The food was very good. I had the basic breakfast of crispy bacon, over easy eggs, hashbrowns, and a scone with honey butter. It was all very good and came as ordered and extremely fast. The place was busy and full, but we only had to wait about five minutes to be seated. The service was great. They checked back with you, but not in a pestering way. Would definitely recommend and will be back often . Went again, Saturday about 11:30am and ordered my usual. So delicious and food arrived in record time! Great service and food!

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to leave a review for this place, but my wife and I have been several times. Most recently was March 2023. Criddle’s is by far one of my fav breakfast spots in Ogden. It’s more of that old school, hole in the wall type places & I love it. Tucked away behind Maceys, you’ll find a wonderful little spot with personable and friendly staff & fresh cooked, flavorful food. It’s not some super fancy place like all these pop up new restaurants. It’s got that ma and pa, hometown vibe to it. That old warm Ogden feeling. We need more places like this and less of those corporate type restaurants. The amount of food given is plentiful. They do get busy, but the wait is never long. Service is fast, I mean the food always comes so quickly after ordering.. but you never feel pressured to leave! You also can’t go wrong with the price. They remain affordable even with all the crazy inflation happening everywhere. 10/10 will continue to eat here.

The low score is for the prices. There is no way they could rationalize their prices. Spent 16 dollars per person BEFORE a tip and with one child ordering off the kids menu for BREAKFAST. The waitress was great, the food was delicious. I just don't appreciate paying nearly 3 dollars for a small cup of coffee and over 12 dollars for a veggie omelet.
